URGENT: Thad Cochran is trying to steal this election!
This is an urgent call to action.
I wish it wasn't true, but it looks like Senator Thad Cochran supporters are trying to steal this election. The Clarion-Ledger is reporting that a POWERFUL DEMOCRATIC OPERATIVE inside Mississippi has been hired to go into Democratic communities and get those residents to vote for Cochran. We cannot let this blatant effort to steal the election go unanswered!

Open Primary?............
BREAKING: Elect Chris McDaniel Tour Announced
Dear Patriots,
Thanks to the generous contributions of our Tea Party supporters, we were able to reach our first fundraising goal- thank you so much!
We are excited to announce our Elect Chris McDaniel Bus Tour and wanted to share it with our loyal supporters first.
We will be holding four major rallies the weekend before the June 24th run-off election in key media markets and counties that are strategically necessary for McDaniel to win.If you reside in Mississippi or a neighboring state, we hope to see you at one of our statewide rallies to support Tea Party Express endorsed U.S. Senate candidate Chris McDaniel.
Most states that conduct Runoff elections require that the runoff voters allowed to vote, must have voted in the original vote that created the runoff condition.
Unless there is no rule like that in MS or the Democrats are planning on massive fraud, this is a potential that would go nowhere.
No, but anyone who voted in the first round can vote again, and that includes people who voted in the Demonrat primary.
He is trying to steal the election. He must be stopped.
No!
It’s illegal, SOP for dems and GOPe also for that matter.
Open primary maybe, but there should be a proviso for runoff that mandates voting in the primary to be eligible for the runoff vote.
Open Primaries are the GOPe’s method of ensuring conservatives cannot win.
Closed Primaries are where conservatism wins, and the GOPe loses.
Get active in your state party and fix that.
The Uni-Party strikes again!
Open primaries are ludicrous. Primaries are for a party to choose its nominee. Its similar to a vote in a club or corporation: only shareholders or members are eligible to vote. Open primaries make no sense.
Scooby Doo has put together a statewide plan and it is to be taken seriously? It sounds like a Mickey Mouse operation to me.
It is my understanding (from reading this forum) that MS allows Dems to vote in the GOP primary if they have not voted in the Dem primary.
Here in Maryland, Ds vote in the D primaries, Rs in the R primaryies, and independents don’t get to vote in the primary.
Such is the case here I am pretty sure.
...or the Democrats are planning on massive fraud
That is what they are known for.
Also the GOPe isn't immune from using fraud to keep one of their own in office.
Also one GOPe pol/operative (McConnel I believe) raised somewhere around $800,000 to defeat McDaniel.
Obama is pleased as punch that Republican Cochran recently endorsed Obamacare....since lock-stepping Democrats who voted for it en masse, are running way from the debacle as fast as their Dummy legs can carry them.
In an interview at a campaign stop, over-the-hill befuddled Cochran called the Obamacare debacle an example of an important effort by the federal government to help make health care available, accessible and affordable. Im glad to be involved in that effort, Cochran added enthusiastically.
This is also a preview of the general election to come.
Surprise, surprise, surprise!
Stick to watching cartoons, this is a serious situation here. Your post makes no sense.
Absolutely. Open primaries are as dangerous in this era as no voter ID.
Just the way the Establishment wants it.
“No, but anyone who voted in the first round can vote again, and that includes people who voted in the Demonrat primary.”
Hmmm,,that may have been the Dems incentive to vote the first time. Interesting.
On another thread about this runoff election, one FR poster predicted a 8% margin in the election.
I warned then that watch out for being overconfident, the dems and GOPe will use any means possible, legal and illegal, to keep their candidate in office.
