A protest for Obama’s impeachment and conviction has been scheduled for the intersection in front of Angel stadium in Anaheim. Hundreds of protesters are expected to participate. News of the protest is being widely spread via various blogs, e-mail lists and FaceBook pages by local patriot groups in Southern California. Though it is primarily an Impeach-Obama event, protesters of all issues are welcome. Come out and get literally in his face. I share the concerns you have with the actions of the Obama Administration. Throughout his Administration, there has been no shortage of controversy. From Solyndra to Operation Fast and Furious, to Benghazi and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), this Administration continues to fall short of the leadership standards we have a right to expect from the Executive Branch of the United States.
The Constitution allows the House of Representatives to impeach, or accuse of wrongdoing, a President for “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” This is a high standard not met by sharp disagreement on policy, no matter how deeply or sincerely felt. There are a number of investigations of the Executive Branch underway at this time. We must follow wherever the facts take us, and I will do so, fulfilling my oath to the Constitution.
Currently, Congress is exercising its oversight authority over the Executive Branch. The House Judiciary and Intelligence Committees continue to investigate the National Security Administration while the Oversight and Government Affairs and Ways and Means Committees are uncovering more about the IRS’ wrongdoings. The Oversight and Government Affairs committee is also investigating the administrations lack of appropriate response that lead to the loss of life of four Americans in Benghazi. When these investigations meet the standard for impeachment, I will call for the President's removal.

UC Irvine is FULL of muslims,,,very active ones. Also full of Asians. Should be interesting. It’s a good school, don’t get me wrong.
BTW, Anaheim is not that close to Irvine,,so wondering if there are two separate events planned.
The goal has to be an involuntary removal from office. This requires a finding of impeachment by the House and CONVICTION on one or more charges by the Senate. Impeachment absent a conviction is worth nothing.

I posted this in another thread, I think it’s apropos here as well.
I am disappointed with the defeatist attitudes of some.
Forces of nature are one thing, forces of mankind are another. Politics is a force of mankind. That force can be marshaled and directed toward a goal.
The contest of forces may be won or lost. Capitulating to a greater force is one thing, forfeiting the contest is another.
By working together our force is multiplied and can be marshaled and directed toward impeachment. Impeachment must be the goal. We face an existential threat from Obama’s treason, and a diminution of stature from his moral turpitude.
We can not forfeit the contest, we must answer the challenge.
If we do not then we are giving our approval. Approval which I think none of us gives. Yet by not beginning the task, by being discouraged and turned from beginning, it will never get done. Which, in the end, is the same as approval.
Our duty is clear.
We must answer with overwhelming force the challenge of lawlessness. Future generations will thank us. Not just Americans, but all mankind.
However unlikely victory may seem, defeat is certain if we forfeit. Self-defeatism is not our character, we don’t shy from a challenge, we rise to the challenge and defeat it. Duty demands that we rise to the challenge fate has placed before us, and defeat it. That will require will. The will of all of us combined to an overwhelming force. A force directed toward the only lawful recourse: impeachment.
The so called alternative is to suffer the remaining years of Obama’s term. But this is no alternative at all. The threat would continue, and having been unanswered, embolden Obama. It is not an improvement of the situation, or even a maintenance of the status quo, but an assurance of still further criminality. We know this with certainty. We know because our prior acquiescence has emboldened Obama to ever more grievous acts.
We must not lack the will to oppose Obama.
Our duty is clear and our resolve must be firm. Impeachment is our only recourse.
Impeachment is the US Constitution’s equivalent of an arrest.
The US Senate then has the final word as Judge and Jury.
Impeachment is the first Constitutional step, removal is the second.
Boehner, as Speaker of the House is equivalent to the arresting Policeman, but that Constitutional responsibility has so far only resulted in Boehner having yellow puddle panties.
