Maybe just call them White Asians and that will make it okay.
The New York Times and assorted liberal activists are complaining that Google is too white. And by too white, they mean less white than the national average.
Non-Hispanic whites are 61 percent of the Google work force, slightly below the national average. (That average, according to 2006-10 numbers, is 67 percent.) Google is thus less white than the typical American company.
But the New York Times is unhappy…
Googles disclosures come amid an escalating debate over the lack of diversity in the tech industry. Although tech is a key driver of the economy and makes products that many Americans use everyday, it does not come close to reflecting the demographics of the country in terms of sex, age or race.
Google needs to fix this by hiring a lot of older black ladies. But how diverse is the New York Times anyway? Not very.
But there’s an easy solution. Google can fix its demographics by firing Asians.
Google can only accomplish that by firing well over three-quarters of its Asian employees, and replacing them with blacks and Hispanics (and a few whites, to bring white numbers up from 61 percent to 67 percent).
This is what multiculturalism on crack ends up looking like. Diversity quotas kill meritocracy and replace it with diversity hires who are there to represent a racial group, not to do their jobs well. And it hurts minorities because it discourages ambition.
Achieving a proper racial balance at Google would require firing lots of Asians. Is that really empowering diversity?

Every company is required to hire its share of our “unemployables”, and every neighborhood will be required to house its quota of them as well...

This might not be a bad idea. It would instantly convert limo liberals into limo conservatives.
I realize the content of the NY Slimes would lead an intelligent (or even say a ‘semi-intelligent) person to believe their tripe is put together by grade schoolers etc or even robots.
HOWEVER, would the NY Slimes be willing to list EVERY employee by Race, Sex, Gender, Persuasion, Education, Age, Thought, Salary etc for the ENTIRE operation from the guy that cleans the rest rooms in the sub basements to the people who sweep the ‘fairy dust’ off the tops of buildings.
That may be an interesting read.

And good luck to Google in finding tech guys (and women) who are black or Hispanic or some other fashionable minority.
I used to work for a company that competed for a lot of federal contracts, and to give themselves a more attractive profile they wanted to preferentially hire and promote blacks and Hispanics. The problem is that there are few blacks or Hispanics who had doctorates in this field. If there were any, they certainly showed no interest in applying for the jobs, despite the high pay. Some of these jobs remained opened for years. As far as I know they’re still open. The underlings are doing the work, and the underlings all have names like Ling or Chan or Singh or Gupta. For some reason, tech is not an area that a lot of blacks want to pursue at the graduate level.
Just what, exactly, is meant by “diversity”? Judging from Google’s reluctance to recognize Memorial Day compared to how grandly they reminded every visitor of Rachael Carson’s 107th birthday, it seems that Google has a diversity problem in management when it comes to its overwhelmingly liberal workforce. They expressed contrition that only 2% of their workforce is black, but what percent of those blacks are conservative? I want to know what concrete steps they are taking to increase the number of black conservative employees.

No one, including the government, has the right to demand counting people by race, ethnicity, or religion.
My daughter, who is married to a Chinese, demands to know what percent of their members of upper management who are Asian are also conservative.

In this case the racist abuses is to discriminate against ones race simply because too many of ones peers in a particular field happen to be of similar demographics.
I wonder then when the NBA and NFL is going to fire a large % of its black players because African Americans are over represented...
They have become too popular.
