...restaurant and waitress after handwriting experts finds he DIDN'T write the racial slur
Red Lobster waitress Christina Jenkins posted a picture of a check she received last month with 'none n*****' written on the tip line Devin Barnes, the 21-year-old customer she was serving, says he didn't write the racial slur He even hired a forensics expert to evaluate his handwriting who found no connection to the handwriting on the check Mr Barnes has now filed a $1 million lawsuit against both Jenkins and Red Lobster By DAILY MAIL REPORTER PUBLISHED: 19:23 EST, 23 May 2014 | UPDATED: 05:29 EST, 24 May 2014 626 shares 124View comments A Tennessee man who was accused of using a racial slur on a receipt at a Red Lobster restaurant last year is suing the restaurant chain and the waitress who cashed in on the incident after she posted a copy of the receipt on the Internet. Devin Barnes, 21, claims he never wrote the racial slur on the receipt, and that the negative attention he received as a result of the way Toni Christina Jenkins - the waitress who claims to have received the slur - publicized the incident is slanderous. In Barnes' suit, filed in Williamson County Circuit Court, he claims Jenkins slandered him by misusing his personal information, and that Red Lobster's 'willful and malicious ... omissions to act' by failing to prevent Jenkins from using his name and information 'to gain publicity and money' has caused lasting damage to his reputation.

Were I a restaurant owner or manager, this kind of thing would have me looking for reasons not to hire members of that ethnic group.
So lemme see if I got this right...The “real” crime occurred when Red “Dead” Lobster and this waiter shouted “racism” about words written on a receipt, which turned out to be forensically incorrect, to assume on their part, to be written by the customer in question...
So the “customer” got the handwriting reviewed, on their dime, and it turns out to be not the “customers” handwriting???
What amazes me is that beyond this part of the story, is if this sees ANY more press, because of the scientific finding that the customer did not write what was alleged by the waiter, and subsequently backed up by the restaurant chain...
Did the restaurant or waiter ask for any charges, if any, could be filed against the customer??? Was a police report filed???
If so the crime rests upon a false accusation, of something that is technically not a crime???
I can only wonder what, if anything will be done by the DA in this case??? The political ramifications, the social ramifications, the race pimping that might have occurred, and not reported on so far, is at stake...
Too bad we will probably not hear the rest of the story because it will not be reported on, now that the customer in this case fought back against this lie...
On a side note, I wonder if the “tip” line was filled out, but not determined to be enough by the waiter in question, therefore the racial slur was noted, to cover up shoddy service by the employee???
The tables were turned when the customer fought back...
See, now that would be considered a crime, if it could be proven that your actions were done because of that belief...
The EEOC would be all over you like white on rice...
Ohhh, but that right there is racist...;-)
It was a ‘to go’ order so ‘none’ was purposely written on that tip line.
I read somewhere that an independent forensic handwriting team said it was probably he waitresses... Couldn’t rule her out, or something. (Paraphrasing)
Minor Trayvon Martin case, cashing in big time!!!
Let the racial polarization games begin. Soon people will not want to be served by anyone who is a person of color.
This is Obama’s goal, racial polarization. The days of the black waiter/waitress are drawing to a close.Who would want to hire all of these problems? ( Black nationalism-Self caused racial discrimination?)
Naggers.
If I were him, I’d be asking my lawyer to investigate the potential of a Federal Crime by the waitress (and RL) for using interstate commerce to commit slander and fraud.
That credit card slip was most likely an interstate processing operation. It’s what the government do to you.
“Red Lobster” on borrowed time.
There was INDEED racism... but almost totally missed by MOST..
Legal, publicly funded, supported and encouraged by MOST black and white..
If NOT.. then why? is Obama President?..
OH!.. and Eric Holder head of the Justice Department.?.
Call somebody a Nagger you had better be armed..
People hear what they want to hear..
She was just copying the stunt that bull dyke in New Jersey did a couple months prior.
Handwriting anaysis needed immediatley sound like she’s looking for a payday
Oh my gosh, you read my mind. If this keeps up, certain members of this ethnic group will add to that group’s unemployment statistics. Some just have to push the envelope and hurt everyone.
“Let the racial polarization games begin. Soon people will not want to be served by anyone who is a person of color.”
We’re probably at that point already; now restaurants won’t HIRE anyone who is a person of a certain color.
“This is Obamas goal, racial polarization. The days of the black waiter/waitress are drawing to a close.Who would want to hire all of these problems? ( Black nationalism-Self caused racial discrimination?)”
Most companies are already there; departments that were staffed by blacks twenty years ago now staffed exclusively by Hispanics (with an American supervising, to spell things correctly).
That lady will need to check her privilege.
Funny you should post that; the enablers of the gibsmedats talk about a “digital divide”, but this creature sure could use technology in the scam...
I almost thought you might include the traditional, “Do bears poop in the woods?”
On a side note...I just got promoted from Lieutenant Obvious to Captain...
