Hopefully he might run into a relative or even one of the women he raped. Just saying.

No chance of recidivism here. Just ask the psychiatrists who have declared him release-able. /S

Good. That community has been wrestling with a shortage of serial rapists lately.

Our judiciary is so bad that they will force the public into self help in dealing with violent criminals.

California has a long history of vigilantism.

California also has a lot of gangs. Palmdale is up to its eyebrows with gangs, mostly Hispanic in that it is majority Hispanic.

For some reason I doubt they will be very friendly to a serial rapist.

Maybe the judge should take him in.

horribly written article.
“He admitted to raping about two dozen women in Los Angeles County. Hubbart was released to the Bay Area in 1979, where he attacked 15 more women, which is why this week’s proceedings regarding his release were conducted in Santa Clara County.”

So they tried this once before and he raped dozens more after getting out? This paragraph is all thats said about the prior history. Its just dumped in there. This judge is nuts.

Your tax dollars at work. Why does this make more sense that just shooting the guy?

Clearly they think he’s still dangerous, unreformed, otherwise why the therapy?

And if he rapes again? Then what?

Next time he may decide to kill his victim, rather than return to prison.

I think shooting him on sight would be appropriate. His mere presence would put any woman in fear for her life or serious bodily injury.
