Who can forget 1998 in California?
We had new snow in the passes through June.
Oh my!
Equatorial Sahara will be dry!
The Pacific ^OCEAN^ will be wet.
The Goracle has spoken!
The reincarnation of Chris Farley?
WE’RE ALL GONNA DIIIIIIIE!
These charts and predictions are so vague and nebulous as to render them pretty meaningless.
I believe this is called, “climate change.”
I notice that the map shows Vancouver Island, and N.W. Washington as “Dry” from November to the following March. That’s what we would usually call “good weather”. Typically, October to April is rainy season, and May to September is (mostly) dry.
It looks like the worst thing about this El Niño (if these climate predictions actually do come to pass), will be the endless bombardment by propaganda about “global warming” (or whatever it’s called then).
The bad news is, the El Nino whether strong or not, will give the global warming fraudsters the cover to “adjust” their numbers to make sure 2014 and/or 2015 is the warmest year ever, which will let them claim the pause seen over the last 17 years is over.
Already the NOAA fudged the numbers to make April 2014 the warmest April on Record. For comparison, the RSS which uses the same NASA satellites found April 2014 to be the 10th warmest and way below the April record set in 1998 (1998 - +0.85° vs 2014 +0.26°).
Yep, rain, flooding, mudslides, all sure signs of global warming.
It is all part of the “Heads we win, Tails you lose”, of the global warming campaign.
Then how will they blame the changing weather on humans?
What an excellent excuse for the warmers to shut down more American manufacturers.
I loved the last one back in the 90s.
Here in Michigan, it was mild and relatively dry. I’ll take it!
Superimposing my projected travel on this map I am in good shape.
There are no consequences for being wrong.
We had steady rain for a bloody month. It did get old.
There are no consequences for being wrong.
Not always....those Nazi meteorologists prior to the Battle of the Bulge who predicted a low cloud cover and fog for a few weeks knew what the consequences would be if they were wrong. See, predicting weather events correctly is just the application of the proper threat to ensure accuracy.
Yes, instead of being rainy, sunny, snowy, and windy, it’ll be windy, sunny, rainy, and snowy.
Horrors!
Hmmm... could pose a problem for the cigar supply chain.
