Here is the header of the solicitation: The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of Inspector General, located in Washington, DC, pursuant to the authority of FAR Part 13, has a requirement for the commerical acquisition of submachine guns, .40 Cal. S&W, ambidextrous safety, semi-automatic or 2 shot burts trigger group, Tritium night sights for front and rear, rails for attachment of flashlight (front under fore grip) and scope (top rear), stock-collapsilbe or folding, magazine - 30 rd. capacity, sling, light weight, and oversized trigger guard for gloved operation
I think someone posted, and it’s as likely as any other reason,
that they need to be heavily armed to seize control of the food supply after the economic collapse.
There has been an uptick in gang violence between the holsteins and the jerseys.
BLM also are obtaining submachine guns, Obama’s Brown Shirt Army at work to kill Americans.
Not that many smg’s in .40 S & W?
Heckler & Koch MP5
Heckler & Koch UMP
Does anyone know of another?
.40 S & W to stock same caliber as handguns?
Well, it IS coming to a head, especially after Bunkerville.
That was pretty much the “no shots fired heard round the world”.
The USDA is the agency that funds food stamps and Food Stamp programs are a huge fraction of their budget.
They also investigate Food Stamp (SNAP) fraud, so an argument could be made that they need to arm themselves with weapons a lot heavier than a sub gun given their AO is often in such garden spots as Chicago’s South Side and the worst parts of places like Oakland , East LA , Detroit ect.

Funny - the post-WWII generation delivered milk, cheese, butter, and eggs right to the door.
The current generation feels theatened by milk, cheese, butter, and eggs, feeling, evidently, that these substances need to be supervised with SMGs.
Perhaps the strict vegetarians feel a sense of impending doom over the possibility that the eggs might attampt some form of retribution over the rejection.
Sign of the times.
The excuse trundled-out is, “cartels are performing grow operations in national forests”
1. The feds INVITE in millions of illegals
2. Illegals set up US divisions of cartels
3. Emergency begins
4. Gummint arms up
5. Gummint attacks Joe Six-Pack

Maybe it is not so sinister after all. I wonder if it is preparation for hyperinflation and the government's subsequent refusal to raise the food stamp benefit. Hyperinflation is a surefire way to get a government out from under the burden of crushing entitlement costs.
On a side note, the Democrats and Republicans are colluding to lie about inflation so that automatic benefit increases pegged to inflation do not kick in.
That is funny! Very good!!!!
Um, isn't there a reason we have, a, you know, Congress.
It is so frustrating that we supposedly have Republicans controlling the House and apparently these things are of no concern to them. It is no concern that domestic federal agencies are stockpiling ammunition and armament and no one thinks to ask why. The House doesn't cut agency budgets or provide directives, this just keeps on happening.
In case some evil White farmer lets his cows eat and fart on federal land.
Absolutely spot on!
Rumor has it that its because of the corn. There have been incidents! Of massive stalking in various part of the country!
The only logical conclusion of this fact is, they WILL shoot to kill us and the “us” are the conservatives who insist on liberty and stand up to them.
Very Good.

That’s why the price of milk keeps going up - the cows are so upset over this war, they aren’t producing enough milk. The Holsteins and Jerseys need a peace agreement. Send Jimmahhh Carter, he’ll do it.
Anyone remember what happened when the EBT system went down?
