This is the law. And every two years let me tell you something. Every two years I come to the Congress, just like my good friend, Mr. Labrador, we put up our hands to swear to uphold the Constitution and the laws of this country. It is the law.
Thats what Democrat Rep. Elijah Cummings told Anderson Cooper last October. What was he talking about you may wonder. Was it the disastrous Fast and Furious scandal and the cover-up that followed? No, Rep. Cummings dismissed questions over the DOJ Attorney General Eric Holds role in the affair as an election-year witch hunt.
Was it about the unanswered questions about the Benghazi terrorist attack? No, you see Rep. Cummings already explained that death is a part of life, so thats the end of that.
Could it have possibly been about the IRS targeting of conservative groups requesting non-profit status? Of course not, that case is solved apparently.
So what could that statement be about? It should be obvious, by now, you see Rep. Elijah Cummings was talking about the Affordable Care Act known in my circle as Obama-dont-care. However, its a good thing that the esteemed and honorable gentleman pointed out that he has sworn to uphold the Constitution and the laws of the land, because it should make an excellent defense against potential charges against him for obstructing Oversight investigations.

LET’S DO IT!!!
Rep. Elijah Cummings should Go To Prison for at least Five Years.
Fixed it!
I hope hear that many times come January 2015.
Only if he were white and republican.
He won’t go to jail as long as he has the same protective pigmentation as the top prosecutor.
Exactly!
at least
Fiction, aimed at those who live on Magic thinking, which is Cummings’ constituency. This is designed to get his magic thinkers all riled up. The current regime is all about dividing the people in any way possible.
Mr. Cummings we would be willing to work out a plea deal if you told us who in the administration you take orders from...
Not sure about that. If it’s like Geithner it’s just some junior WH hack. The big thugs in the WH don’t leave their fingerprints on anything.
Boehner will shirk his duty and kick it over to DOJ.
Five years in a federal slammer for Elijah sounds good to me, more would be better but we can’t be picky.

What the sheep heard:
"Blah blah blah Kim Kardashian's ass blah blah blah Miley blah blah blah Lady Gaga blah blah blah teabaggers blah blah blah Rethuglicans blah blah blah Bush's Fault blah blah blah racist..."
Roll up Cumming's sleeve, and examine the shade of his skin. That's the color of the "Stay-Out-Of-Jail" card.

“Rep. Elijah Cummings should Go To Prison for at least Five Years.”
This brings to mind a quote from the movie Office Space which is fitting but would get my comment pulled by the Admin Mod.
