I receive a lot of mail. The most heartbreaking letters, of course, are from Muslims in Muslim countries who have left Islam or question Islam, and their intellectual freedom is met with violence from family members and friends. They write to cry for help. I get a few of those emails a week, and I help each one to the best I can. Notice how they aren’t writing CAIR for help.
I owe a debt of gratitude to Ali Sina for helping me handle the most difficult and gruesome of those letters. In a number of instances, Ali has gotten a number of these victims who have written to me out of their countries and to safe harbor.
This email is of a different nature. The journey of this young woman, whose name I have changed for obvious reasons, is all too common, but little told. It is difficult to break free from the institutionalized thinking, reinforced in every corner of the our culture, concerning Islam. Those who challenge the propagandist narrative are smeared and libeled. Few take the risk.
I salute this “escapee.” Her note to me is a declaration of freedom and an invitation to others to question their premise and not be afraid to think.

Islam also ATTRACTS people who are ignorant, dependent and selfish.
Western men have failed miserably in being strong and living their faith, if they have any faith. Unless a woman realizes the truth of how violent they are she will buy it.
Add in the public school anti-Christian brainwashing that's been going on for decades and yeah, this is pretty much the reason. Many women see devout Muslim men as the newest version of what was once commonplace in the Western world. The fact that it has a foreign, exotic element probably blinds them to the ugly realities.

Yes. Most state university systems have an open admissions policy, usually not to all institutions within the system, but to some, meaning anyone with a high school diploma from a high school in that state can attend some college or university. (And you doubtless have a sense of how debased K-12 education has become so that the high school diploma requirement does not keep yahoos out.) And college and university administrators pressure their faculty to "improve retention" with the effect of lowering standards, so lots of yahoos actually manage to get B.A.s (or B.S.s in soft disciplines like psychology).

If she receives a degree in these circumstances, I’d hesitate to say it was earned.
My niece is a smart, beautiful woman, but she is just like most of the lazy, uninformed zombies in this country; not paying attention to anything other than partying, friends and having a good time. She fell for one of these creeps and is now married to him after getting pregnant. She is now stuck in this marriage with a lovely little daughter and a husband whom she doesn’t love. She wants out of the marriage, but with a child involved, she is afraid of a custody battle and is afraid he’ll take her out of the country. Niece is stuck between a rock and a hard place.
The guy is a lazy, spoiled baby who does nothing around the house, earns a lot of money and gives my niece little for the household and goes to the gym and karate classes regularly while she has to work and then come home to try to fix things around the house.
My sister - her mom - is hoping he just leaves. The only thing to his credit is that he loves his daughter dearly. I hope she doesn’t follow her daddy into the evil cult.
My niece regrets getting involved with him in the first place. Too little, too late.
Taqqiyah my friend. It may well have taken three years to sort fact from fiction. I knew a girl who dated a muslim in the 70’s. Her father a disgruntled man at best, who would mourn in front of his wife and four daughters that he wished he would have become a catholic priest (no cap intentional) wholeheartedly approved.

There is no condemnation of spousal abuse when it comes to Muslims. Even devout feminists turn a blind eye. After 9/11, two of the local feminists changed to Islam so they could feel like martyrs. One of them wrote an article about how freeing it was to be segregated from the men and hidden behind a curtain in the mosque.

Agreed. It is an incredibly puzzling cycle that repeats itself year after year, generation after generation. Ignorance is the only thing that keeps the satanic muzzies going.
“Not Without My Daughter” ought to be required viewing for every young woman not in the Death Cult (actually, they should see it, too).

Probably not. Sally Field is a moonbat lib, and they’re now deep in bed with the terrorists, so she’d definitely not have participated in it today. They’d change the whole storyline to an anti-Fundamentalist Christian diatribe (because you know how many stories each day we see about women being beaten, abducted, oppressed, raped, murdered, beheaded by Christians, right ?).
Frankly, I would try and get some kind of abuse complaint on him, but knowing the courts lately, they sometimes side with the muslim man. It’s the American people inheritence thing. But he is obviously trying to cause some problems. As far as loving his daughter... well, that is not reassuring coming from a muslim either.
I remember in Afghanistan those “devout” muslims. When they could not comprehend why I would not convert and marry 4 women, I told them I serve God, not women.
It shut their yaps real quick.
