(CNN) – House Republicans have decided the select committee to investigate the Benghazi terror attack will include seven Republicans and five Democrats, according to two senior House GOP leadership aides.

The House is expected to vote on the legislation establishing the panel later this week.

Earlier Tuesday, House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi demanded it be evenly split between Republicans and Democrats.

Now that the committee's structure has been decided, it's unclear whether Democrats will participate.

Cummings will be there yelling “racecard” every 2 minutes.

Cummings is a known liar, race pimp and serial political criminal. If he can't be controlled, the process will become another "Idi Amin wannabe" comedy Fluster Cuck.

I hope Trey Gowdy is taking his vitamins!!
Or lotsa valium.

"...and you can bet the Dems will chose the most vitriolic, bombastic, screaming, scheming, partisans they can find"

If they put Alan Grayson or Henry Waxman on the committee it will be a complete circus

How about we CUT A DEAL with the Democrats:

We have our 7/5 Republican Select Committee in the House, and the Democrats have their own 7/5 Democrat Select Committee in the Senate.

The Dems will have their chance to get to the bottom of Benghazi (LOL), with the Republicans participating, and the Republicans will have the same chance in the House, WITH THE DEMOCRATS PARTICIPATING.

Seriously, it is a TOTALLY EVEN deal, just what Pelosi demanded - let’s see if the Dems go for it.

Boehner could appoint everyone in the house to the committee. Then he could tell Nancy to STFU about appointing equal numbers of each party to the investigation because the Dems are a MINORITY.

The RINOs blew a chance to show the public the size of the Republican majority at the State of the Union after the Giffords shooting by agreeing to “Date Night” with the Dems and not sitting in their regular seats. By mixing the seating, it looked like one big crowd.

Picture ME rolling eyes and ‘Sighing’....

Oh yes, an outstanding candidate.

So many choices, so few selections.

I really wish we could get all of them - including the fool that thinks Guam will tip over (Johnson D GA......not sure he is still there, maybe we could recall him)

If only Boehner would appoint someone along the lines of Dick Cheney as Special Prosecutor.......even Judge Jeanine Pirro.....

Would be worth the price of “Triple Butter Popcorn” and a new Barca Lounge with built in potty
SO YOU DON’T MISS A SECOND”

Talk about reality shows.

Also should be on TV— LIVE just to give the rest of the country see what kind of people these Libs have representing ALL OF US.....

Yes, let’s invite the democrat offal that walked OUT of the Benghazi hearing where the parents were in attendence.

Didn’t I read that Boehner thinks of Pelousy as a “good friend”?

Gowdy should start by ruling that no question or commentary from the committee members be longer than 25 words.

That would help quell the verbal grandstanding and filibustering that the Dems are going to do.

Something tells me he would find the strength to finish - especially if he ‘smells blood in the water’.

Maybe he as 1st Chair and her as 2nd so if all the idjit Libs do drive Mr VP to another heart attack, she can just step in, never missing a beat.

You are probably correct, but with the media whoredom owned by the regime and the masters of the regime how much of the facts will actually be seen and heard by the voters? I would wager not much. Democrats lie. The media worships and services these liars.
