This has to be the best thing Ive seen since Newt Gingrich was calling out the liberal media in 2012.
Republican Mark Callahan, who is running for US Senate in Oregon, was in a candidate review meeting with other colleagues in order for Willamette Week, a publication in Portland, to decide who they would endorse in the upcoming primary. An opponent of his, Republican Joe Rae Perkins, was on speaker phone. There were others in the room but Im not sure who they were specifically.
Kudos to Mr. Callahan!
The clip starts with Perkins answering a question on speaker phone. While she was answering it, one of WWs reporters, Nigel Jaquiss, wrote blah blah blah blah on his paper as she was answering.
Nigel Jaquiss acting like a jackass.
The jokes write themselves with these clowns
On a more serious note, all the candidates should have walked out on these “reporters”.
Callahan and Perkins are minor candidates with no chance to win.
The race for the GOP nomination is between conservative State Rep. Jason Conger and RINO Dr. Monica Wehby, who is being hyped by the GOPE.
Well, Juan...
Wow.
A group of children interviewing a group of at least semi-adults.
Failing proposition.
The interviewer is lucky his “strike 2” remark didn’t get his @#$ kicked. That wouldn’t fly down south.
Ditto.
Out of respect for the guy who left, the others should have left too.
He did great! I wish his answer to the climate change question had been more nuanced. Of course climate change exists. I don’t know anyone who would call into question the existence of the ice age, or the little ice age, although there probably are some. Whether it’s caused by man or not is the question.
All the candidates should have got up and left.
Absolutely correct! They do not realize there can come a time when it is necessary to stand up and say "No More".
That they remained ought to clearly demonstrate to local voters that they do not not have the character to represent the Republican Party.
Liberals tend to be serious and un-serious in all the wrong places.
If you would like to express your personal outrage:

Typical boorish behavior by Portland Liberals.
An email addy is not provided so far as I can discover. Someone may correct me if I am wrong.
He showed a whole lot more restraint than I would have. I would have come unglued at that MoFo.
it was down South, and nobody stood up for Callahan
I hope a bucket of oilbased paint fell on this reporter when he left the “meeting”
