The Italian legal system has
another new theory of the case, set out in a 337-page report (which is in Italian; I speak molto poco italiano e non molto ben).
The report's release means Knox's defense attorney can now appeal the case to Italy's Supreme Court. If Knox is again found guilty, she could have to face an extradition fight.

Knox has vowed to fight any attempts to extradite her to Italy, saying, theyll have to pull me back kicking and screaming.I suppose that could be arranged.

Rafaelle Sollecito and Rudy Guede It would seem to me a voluntary lie detector given to one or both could confirm her complicity.

I’ve heard much ABOUT this case, but find it bizarre. What is the lowdown? Did Knox likely commit murder, or is she being setup? Italian courts don’t seem trustworthy, lol.

She somehow just cleaned up all her own DNA, but left the other DNA intact, lol, brilliant. This is absurd. They have the killer. He’s in jail.

This is a change from the Italian courts original claim that-a she was-a moorder the signorella in a Satanic orgy where she was-a witnessed consorting with the devil.

Europe is notorious for refusing to extradite people to the US.Europeans...and European politicians and judges...almost universally see our justice system as "cowboy justice" (a phrase I've heard used by Europeans). However,in spite of that I'd be more than willing to extradite this girl to Italy. If it was Uganda,Mexico,Pakistan or China I wouldn't.If the charge was "blaspheming Islam" or "denying the Holocaust" (which is a crime in Germany) I wouldn't.
But in this case I say "send her back".

She had better keep her appeals going and never step foot outside the United States.

Italy: great food, lovely buildings, stunning art.
And socially a complete cluster.

The Italian legal system also prosecuted a bunch of seismologists for their failures at predicting the future.
Amanda Knox deserves better than to be left at threat by the superstitious Italian ‘legal’ system that allows people to be prosecuted over and over for the same crime no matter how flimsy the evidence.

In a sane world, there's no way she would ever be extradited. The Italian "case" is a mess. Their process has been farce.
But we're in the Obama-zone now, so who knows?

This woman is so innocent of this crime, it is a travesty that she is still being pursued. Italian criminal courts area joke. They have the killer already in jail.
