In before the donut muncher a$$ kissing crowd.
will he also be charged with attempted murder?
I know, stupid question.
Tennessee cops have no monopoly on brutality.
Buffalo NY cops beet a handcuffed man this weekend also.

Take that away, and his punishment would be loss of coffee fund privileges for a week.
Well that was quick —
Whatever the case, it’s never a good idea to resist arrest.
Why the he!! is the London Daily Mail or whatever paper doing the bird-dogging on our TN cops who are doing behavior mod on our college kids on one of our college campuses? Where is the American Free Press in all this?
That copper looks like a Bubba. The type that 40 years ago would have been smiling after beating black voters and bombing a church.
Now that the taxpayers won’t be footing the bill, the kid should sue the bastard hard, irrespective of any criminal charges.
Fire 'em all.
first it was the black jacks then billy clubs and then night sticks and now hands......
must there be no means of restraining a suspect?
Good old boys on the beat have been replaced by jack-booted thugs. It is now a cultural thing, don’tcha know?
You know this POS has been doing this for years. He finally got caught.
Resisting arrest no longer means anything, as the police charge anyone they assault with it to justify their abuse.
They also apply it to any action that doesn’t involve kissing their posterior donut retention pads.
Not good enough. Had the student done the same thing to a cop he would have been killed. That man needs a criminal record for his efforts.
And the other costumed enforcers did nothing to stop the choking.
If you look at the cop’s picture.. you can tell he is as mean as a snake. Choking a HANDCUFFED person! Glad he lost his job but he’s 47. Want to bet he doesn’t lose his pension. If I was this kid’s parents... I would hire a lawyer and fast. Sue him and his department for a ton. Unfortunately, that is the ONLY way these civil right violating departments will start reprimanding/and removing the bad ones.. when it starts costing them $. This stuff infuriates me!
fired. A non-cop would be looking at 6 months for battery.
Why aren’t the other 2 deputies in that picture also fired?
