Whatever the case, it’s never a good idea to resist arrest.

Whatever the case, its never a good idea to resist arrest. But, it looks as if he's standing there with his hands cuffed behind his back before he gets choked out. That's resisting arrest?

Whatever the case, its never a good idea to resist arrest. See my #26. The charge of resisting arrest is highly questionable in most cases. Tell me why I should ever believe its justified when it is so often just a trumped up charge.

I get the impression “resisting arrest” means whatever the arresting officer wants it to mean, thus making it a meaningless charge.

Whatever the case, its never a good idea to resist arrest. Uh, he was charged with resisting arrest. The same photos that nailed the sadistic SOB cop also show he was not resisting arrest at the time he was being choked. The resisting arrest charge is after the fact ass covering by the department.

If you look at a cop strangely, he will cite you for resisting arrest.
