I did not find Bundy’s actual, true comments racist.
American Blacks HAVE become slaves on the Democrat Welfare Plantation, where they now pick votes instead of cotton
The DemocRat plantation is crumbling before their eyes. They may not like the messenger but what he says is true.
Ultimately though, the issue is about what the federal government was doing, not this one random man's thoughts on a long-settled issue.
Bundy lacked the good sense to restrict his public comments to the issue at hand. He made a fool of himself, and there’s no going back. Going forward, no politician, left or right, can touch this joker with a ten foot pole.
The guy is, ironically, all hat and no cattle.
If racism is an issue on either side, I have no interest in it at all. I'm strictly focused on the fact that our government is tyrannical.
Is he racist or just verbally inept, and does it matter?
Bundy is not one of Holder’s people, nor does look like he could be Obama’s son, if he had one.
One man’s perceived bigotry (with some help from NYSlimes spin) is a distraction from the primary issue at hand of direct national importance, i.e., advancing federal overreach.
I could have an opinion but from where I sit, what he thinks, says and does is none of my business.
I just watched the video of what he said. As someone who has grown up and lives in the South and remembers the days before the Dimocrat plantation, the only reason people would be offended by his comments are because the truth hurts.
Col. West said the same thing and it’s true......

During slavery, family and keeping the family together meant everything. Now they have willingly destroyed their families and their communities for the empty promises and pittance the government doles out to them. The only thing these people mean to dimocrats is votes and apparently they are too stupid to see it.
Early on a FReeper commented that all he has done is inelegantly state some if the same truths that Senator Patrick Moynihan (D-NY) did almost 50 years ago, before he was a Senator. I still think this is one of the more insightful comments on this episode yet. I wish I had bookmarked the post.
50 years, and one still can’t forthrightly discuss the real issues here.
Compare the media uproar over Bundy’s “racist” comments to the silence of the Corrupt Liberal Media over Jamie Foxx gloating on Saturday Night Live about killing “ALL the white people. How great is that? How black is that?” or Eric Holder’s open statements made before the Senate Judiciary Committee in June, 2009, that federal hate crime laws do NOT cover racially motivated violence against white Americans because they are not an Holder approved “protected group”.
Bundy is an elderly white blue collar worker who is held to a higher standard than a racist black Attorney General who is corrupting the law.
There is plenty of racism evident in this story and it is the same old racist double standard that is SOP of “liberals” and their toadies in the Corrupt Liberal Media.
Depends on your point of view. If you believe that Bundy’s cause was right before then the fact that he’s a racist jackass doesn’t change that.
Bundy committed the unpardonable crime.
He noticed. You’re not supposed to notice.
If there was ever in this country an organization or creature that needed to be run over by a steam roller, it is any denizen or group of same that occupy positions of authority in the United States.
The MSM’s point is that racists deserve to be harassed, and worse, by the feds.
Reid takes a tidbit of an interview, screams racist and demands Republicans and black leaders condemn Bundy (even though Bundy is, I believe, a democrat). Then the ‘full version’ of the tape comes out, conveniently only after the Reps have made damn fools of themselves apologizing all over the place as Reid preens his feathers, but not in time to make the evening news. Someone was a good little facist puppy dog. I wonder what bone Reid will throw them?
I’d like to know where the hell the people were, who are supposed to be protecting Bundy from beartraps such as this? Which individual led into this discussion of blacks and hispanics, why wasn’t it recognized for the trojan horse it was, why wasn’t such a trap anticipated as a highly probable event, and what did that line of questioning have to do with thugs murdering cows, pushing little old ladies to the ground and shoving guns in people’s faces to collect a bill, anyway?
I hope a lesson was learned - by everyone - that if Reid is the first person on the morning news cycle with a smear campaign in hand, it’s probably fishy.
Hopefully this morning’s news cycle will expose the smear campaign for what it was so we can refocus the heat back on Reid and back on the real message at hand - government heavyhandness and thuggery, threats of lethal force against a citizen from a senate leader, and smear and intimidation campaigns levied by a senate leader against any dissent from citizens.
Look at it this way... If (and I say IF) Bundy said those things in those contexts.. he is Ned in the First Reader to our VP. Biden has said way worse and more stupid! This is the media’s way to paint Bundy as some redneck hating man; thus, he doesn’t “deserve” equality or protection. Paint him as a “monster” and the American people will turn a blind eye when the government swoops in and burns his ranch, or kills him. Just my opinion....
