Franklin Graham has taken what many will see as a ‘controversial’ stand, one that praises Putin for passing a law that protects children in Russia by penalizing those caught propagandizing children with homosexuality or pedophilia, while on the other hand criticizing our own president and his administration for pushing the gay-lesbian agenda in America which is contrary to God’s teaching.

Where is he wrong?
Intemperate? A ridiculous word to use. Is Graham a Catholic saint of some sort, or the chief soviet, whom we must always speak to with respect? Respect is earned, and when one betrays Christian principles for politics, one does not earn respect, nor can we really call them Christian.

Hey, the “politic” thing to do would have been to join in everybody’s anti-Putin messaging. Graham has exposed himself to criticism from across the political spectrum by not doing the politic thing. He saw that Russia is taking a more Christian position on gay adoptions and protection of children, and he was courageous enough to say so.

If Graham really wanted to say somethimg he could comment about the resolution removing any reference to God in their platform which was passed then because it was too political rammmed the change through and was jeered at the democrat nation convention. Then when it occured or even now. I have yet to hear any comment from leading churchmen of any Christian demomination and that especially includes Catholic even dare reference it. Let alone GOPES that are currently running it.

There are several factors involved and that is one of them. The biggest factor is probably that the rulers of Russia have taken a hard look at the ongoing suicide of the West and determined that Russia is not going to participate. This may in fact be the biggest factor in the tidal wave of propaganda and disinformation which the West is subjected to regarding Russia and Vladimir Putin, and in the policies of our state department. The bankers who run the West hope to prevent the calamity which they are facing by bail-ins and austerity programs and that, combined with the Malthusian and greentard policies of our governments figure to produce a world of major grief for the West over the coming decades.
Those people can ill afford the alternative example of a prosperous and happy version of reality in the BRIC nations for everybody on the planet to see on television and the internet.
We are going bad places in the coming years as a result of the loss of the culture war.
Anti-Putin? The problem in Russia is the hidden soviet structures that were not dismantled. Putin is only the visible manifestation for a power structure we are unaware of, as attested to by FSB/KGB dissidents and defectors. This new Russia is the same as the old one, although, the occult plays prominently within the society at large, even to the very highest levels, complete with Russian generals, intellectuals and politicians indulging in Nazi-like ethnic theories, Slavic-shamanism, and other bizarre beliefs, which certainly have not done Russia well, considering it has the highest abortion rate of Europe. This idea that Russia is in any way "Christian" is simply a falling for their active measures aimed at right wing movements across the world. In reality, the ROC is itself an arm of the Kremlin, and all these moves are as cynical as Russia's actions in Ukraine. They are aimed to distort reality from what is really going on in Russia, which is far from Christian, but more horrific than any of you seem to be aware of.
Graham, therefore, reveals himself as a dupe, in the same way he tried to dupe us on Romney.
So you want him to make a statement about the DNC convention, Puny Human guy wants him to talk about queers in Russia’s army.
Looks like he has a large list of items to speak about before he can commend positions against promoting faggitism to children.

You err in using the past tense. The Kremlin still hates the ROC, that is why they always insure that the Patriarch is a KGB man, as is the current one, who was outed as such some time ago. ALL the candidates for the position, actually, were known KGB agents.

Graham is more of a Pelagian than he is a Christian, hence his inability to blush for scrubbing his website of material connecting Mormonism with the adjective "cult," prior to coming out and supporting Mitt Romney. It is a sad day when Christians excuse such behavior and allow such as these a place in the sun, when, really, like any Pharisee who supposes to preach God, he should be driven into the darkness where he belongs. The wolves are a cancer to the Body.
