Morning Joe Panel Scolds Sorkin For Suggesting Hillary Will Use Grandma-hood to Soften Image

Who would deny that Hillary could use a little softening of her icy image? But when Andrew Ross Sorkin had the audacity to suggest that Clinton's impending grandma-hood would work to her advantage in that regard, the collective wrath of the Morning Joe panel descended on him.
John Heilemann, as is his habit, sneered. "Republican" Nicolle Wallace actually led the Sorkin scolding, suggesting it was "stupid" to think as he did.

Nahh. Hillary and her supporters would never do that any more than they would conduct a nationwide campaign to intimidate those who are off-put by her abrasive demeanor disguised as a movement to aid bossy little girls.

Does Hillary! realize there will be Jewish blood flowing through the veins of her first Grandchild?
Hasn’t she said some VERY nasty things about Jewish people?

For once, I agree with Beckel. Those with short memories forget that during the 1996 campaign, the Klintoons floated the bogus rumors of adopting a child to swoons all around. From philly.com:
From Inquirer wire services
Posted: May 26, 1996
* Hillary Rodham Clinton says that ``it would be terrific'' if she and President Clinton had another child and that they also have been discussing the possibility of adoption, according to a published report. Hillary Clinton in the past has acknowledged difficulties having children and has been a strong activist on behalf of adoption. But in an interview with Time magazine, she said that she continues to hope for a sibling for Chelsea, 16. Clinton, 48, said she and the President also ``continue to talk about'' adopting a child, but that those talks aren't likely to get serious until after the November election. Neel Lattimore, a spokesman for Hillary Clinton, said yesterday that her general interest in adoption is nothing new and that she and the President have discussed it ``in abstract terms,'' but ``are they working on adopting a child? No.''

Can you just see the campaign commercials the Clinton campaign will make out of this? You’ll see Grandma Hillary walking hand in hand with the little toddler and playing with him/her. There will be some warm, sappy music in the background and a voiceover of Hillary proclaiming she’s running for the presidency to make America a better place and she’s doing it “for the children”. The low info crowd will see that and melt like butter on a hot griddle and it’ll give Hillary the image of being a loving and caring person instead of the cold, calculating political machine that she is in reality.

Chelsea Clinton is playing in the big leagues & has not ruled out seeking political office. Her public statements are not off limits to criticism.
And yes, the apple seldom falls far from the tree, & sooner or later daughters come to resemble their mothers.
BTW why does everyone keep assuming that Webb Hubbell is dead?

Yeah, this is a soft image! /S

It's not too late to change her mind.
I'm sure they are poll-testing which would bring Hitlery more votes; a grandchild or a daughter who exercised "choice".

Chelsea was told to produce a baby in time for Hillary to take an adorable toddler on the campaign trail with her so voters could be told they would be electing the benevolent Gramma next door.
The poor child will be a political chess piece from the moment it’s born. If the mere presence of this child doesn’t do the trick for her and her polling numbers aren’t great I predict all sorts of cynical ploys from a possible life threatening illness(Thank you Obama for Obamacare) to a threatened kidnapping (OH! That poor woman!)
That poor child. All four of it’s grandparents are criminals.

“Not even Jenna Bushs pregnancy was this big a deal.”
I never knew Jenna had become a mom.
God help us in 2016. The pregnancy probably was planned to provide a prop for PIAPS. (Didn’t plan the alliteration, but there you have it.)

I do hope you are joking. Hillary is two years younger than me and I don’t have a problem with remembering to shower or wandering around anywhere.

“Between the Kennedys and Clintons, it just proves that Democrats really wish we had real royalty in this country.”
By 2016 the baby will be old enough to appear with Hillary as perceived needed. As blacks were pathologically drawn to vote for Obama, so too will be women, especially moms and grandmoms. Just pray we (GOP) have both Houses...

Why on earth does anyone care about Chelsea Clintons pregnancy?
It's an LSM cabal thing. Currying favor with the desired next possible regime.
I doubt any of them will be presenting Shrillery with "Proud Granny" bumper stickers, or those passe' "Baby on Board" thingies.
