Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush discussing immigration reform on Fox News this Sunday:
"I'm going to say this and it will be on tape, and so be it. The way I look at this is someone who comes to our country because they couldn't come legally, they come to our country because their family's dad who loves their children was worried that their children didn't have food on the table, and they wanted to make sure their family was intact. And they crossed the border because they had no other means to work to be able to provide for their family. Yes, they broke the law, but it's not a felony. it's kind of -- it's a -- it's an act of love. It's an act of commitment to your family. I honestly think that's a different kind of crime that should be, there should be a price paid, but it shouldn't be -- it shouldn't rile people up that people are actually coming to this country to provide for their families. And the idea that we're not going to fix this but with with comprehensive reform ends up trapping these people, when they could make a great contribution for their own their families but also for us.
So I think we need to get beyond the harsh political rhetoric to a better place. The great number of people who come to this country come because they have no opportunities in other places. They may love their country, but they come here because they want to provide for their families. And they can make a contribution to our country if we actually organized ourselves in a better way."

There are three approaches guys like JEB can take:
`logos’, but it doesn’t make any sense for Americans to support amnesty;
`ethos’, and there is no ethical argument that can be made for illegal immigration by the guy who killed Terry Schiavo and his GOP and Democrat compadres;
leaving only `pathos’: that is, “It’s an act of love ...”
And that is truly pathetic.
No more: “the perfect is the enemy of the good.” That “`purity’ will be our downfall”, and all the other lame arguments desperados used for McLame and Romneycare.
GOP ... what would happen if you put on a RINO election and conservatives didn’t show?
2008 and 2012, that’s what.
No JEB Bush!
Jeb, since you speak Spanish, why don’t you tell the crooks in the Mexican government to fix their own country so people will want to come there instead of leave there.
Yes, they have-along with a lot of Christian workers from other ethnic groups-and that isn’t my idea of charity or love at all...
So I think I'll go find a bank to rob or maybe a little old lady to mug. Or perhaps I can go knock over a Seven-Eleven or steal a Harley?
Yeah. After all, what the wife and I need is a little more love!
Be careful, some are indeed honest but many if not most fake it. They work because the freebies are not enough and they know how to get maximum freebies using fraud as necessary. What you see is not the reality.
You may have a Juan or Pablo helping you out and working hard. Meanwhile, Isabella is back at the house with 8 children and 15 adults applying under as many names she can dream up for EBT, WIC, Medicaid and Section 8, and she has a legalized latino coaching her. These people know every trick. I have witnessed this firsthand and I have many friends in Mexico City who are in the upper caste. The upper caste encourage the migration north.
Illegals also know how to register to vote (they have coaches instruct them) and claim fraudulently they are US citizens eligible to vote. But they also know how to avoid a jury duty summons by claiming they are not US citizens. Their tricks at gaming the system are being exposed more and more.
They know how to smile and get friendly. But give them the upper hand and watch how they treat the likes of you. It won’t be pleasant.
On the other hand the upper caste of Mexico get visas to come to the USA with no problem. They have a lot of money and property so a visa is readily obtained. They fly to San Antonio to shop and they have homes there. But they are legal. They encourage illegals to come to the USA because they are ashamed of the poverty in Mexico. Some of the upper caste are dangerous to the USA because they have political ambitions to negate USA jurisdiction or control it. Some also think in terms of moving the border northward. They’re pushing their luck thinking Americans are oblivious and apathetic.
Jeb, you are so wrong. It is not an act of love. It’s an act of self centeredness. These people have just decided that an orderly process of applying, waiting, and being received properly is wrong. They have just spit in the eye of everyone in front of them in line....were they to join the line. Those in line love their children, too. Those who have contempt for the line also have contempt for the children of those doing things the correct way.
So, Jeb, don’t give me that sophistry about “love”. These people love themselves, are looking out for themselves, and don’t give a rip about the legitimate thoughtful process that has been put in place by those in the past assigned with working for the best interests of this country.
What that means, Jeb, is that you don’t give a rip about the orderly and thoughtful, either. You’re just another lawless one. Just another Obama.
It’s an “Act of Love” to the Chamber of Commerce, who loves themselves some cheap labor.
Nothing that comes from the Chamber of Commerce is anything but self serving and short sighted any more-remember how ardently they pleaded the case for O’care?
And some people think that if you pander to the ILLEGALS they will vote for a Republican.
Nope. Not gonna happen. EVER.
I don’t know many here-Texas natives of all ethnicities-who would not work loading a truck, digging ditches for a septic tank and drain field or loading fill into concrete forms for a foundation pour-all for $9-$10 per hour, and be damn grateful for the money...
You left off, "For the wages they were willing to pay."
I was not saying that they should...
No trying to sneak about $19 grand in foreign purchases through customs without paying the duty.
_______________
So, basically Mrs. Jeb was caught bringing in a little extra love?
*****************
The shinys. She loved them.
Not nuts. He is an extremely evil man.
What he desires will truly destroy our Republic.
Ok, then perhaps what the temp agency owner told me was bs. That is possible. I know there are many sweet and decent Mexicans that have taken advantage of this partially opened door to them. That is understandable is all that I was saying. They are not all criminal and welfare types, not by a long shot. That is all. All these over reactions to an obvious truth just shows some here as that, reactionary...and that doesn’t help anyone. Obviously the border needs to be shut down asap and any illegally born children do NOT get citizenship! That is insane and promoted by the left to have a larger voting block.
So, would robbing a convenience store if one’s children were hungry be a crime, or an act of love?
So Jebby, FRAUD, FALSE Docs, Tax Evasion, Unearned “Entitlements” , TAX Fraud, Selective Service evasion....
Those are an act of LOVE?
The Bushes, Pro Amnesty crown, doesn’t have to “pay” for the “LOVE”, The American People (citizens) do.
They all need to speak to families whom have: lost love ones, had love ones maimed/raped/robbed by this “LOVE” entering south of the border.
One last thing Jebby, If “Juan” can come over unstoppable for “LOVE”, Terrorists can also cross for “HATE”. These Elite Power families and the pro-illegal immigrant crowd make me SICK.
Like someone who want’s sex and can’t get it legally, so he gets it illegally. Not rape, an act of love.
