Yup, in minneapolis, I remember seeing black moms walk into a busy street with a baby in a stroller with no pause, no looking around even.
I've seen it frequently, black teens walking across the street, giving a "screw you" attitude towards drivers.
I'm wondering, though, if it was deliberate: either get the driver to stop (at which point he gets surrounded and beaten, as a variation of the "knockout game"), or get hit by the car as an insurance scam.

I attempted to post on this yesterday, the post was apparently rejected, I have no idea why. My post listed 20 mainstream media links, not one mentioned race as a possible issue (maybe i’m not allowed to post all those links?). This story from CBS is the first I’ve heard of which even mentions the possibility of race as a factor.

The existence of a video of the entire incident, even showing the child stepping out, begs the question the police and media probably will not ask: why was video being shot BEFOREHAND? Unless there is a very good answer, the person shooting the video knew something was about to happen.
Smells like the kid was told to step out in front of the next honkey, to make him stop so the mob could attack.
Why would anyone drive through these crime zones?
Maybe there should be street signs warning whites not to drive beyond a certain point in inner cities, for their own safety. Maybe “whites and Asians.”
Watch the video. It shows him standing on the curb with a group of older boys watching the traffic go by.
The older boys told him what car/truck to walk into.
You will also notice he didn’t walk out in front of traffic in a way that would likely get you killed, he walked into the side of the truck as it passed. He was coached!
