Senate majority leader Harry Reid has a whole page on his official Senate.gov website devoted to revealing "THE FACTS ABOUT THE KOCH BROTHERS." One of the alleged facts promoted on Reid's website is that the Kochs do not pay any corporate taxes:
“They are known for bankrolling conservative, Libertarian and Tea Party causes and became poster boys for corporate tax reform last year when an Obama Administration official suggested Koch is organized as an S Corp. and so pays no corporate level taxes.”
The claim that the Koch brothers don't pay corporate income taxes was first made by former White House official Austan Goolsbee, but Koch Industries lawyer Mark Holden disputed the accusation and raised the question of whether someone in the Obama administration illegally accessed the Kochs' tax returns. Goolsbee's comments led to a federal investigation--the results of which have never been released.

They pass through their income to the owners of the S Corp, who pay personal federal taxes.
That way, the owners of the S Corp can pay taxes using their own deductions, which may result in a tax bill lower than the prevailing corporate tax rate.

Corporations don't pay taxes. They merely pass the cost of doing business along to the consumer and serve as unpaid tax collectors.

As the CFO of a small S-Corp that employs 4 people and in 20 years has paid over $1 million in taxes, I can assure you that S-Corps, via their owners’ withholding, pay plenty of taxes.
Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. If anyone knows more about tax cheating-stealing and back room money deals old dirty Harrys the man.

Reid is the mastermind behind the IRS Scandal. Forget petty libel suits...the man needs to be taken down. He volunteered to be 0bama’s fall guy...let’s make him fall and be frog marched right out of office.
This is the behavior that brings whole governments to collapse.
