That’s where we are today. We will see what really happens after the decision. Don’t be shocked if we find out Judge Roberts is trying to gum up the works once again. I do expect him to try. Obama obviously ‘has something’ on Roberts. Like before, we will never know why he screwed up the Amercian people’s legal system.

Common sense says the court should throw it out. But common sense said the court should not have allowed HusseinCare to ever become law in the first place. I’ll believe it when I see it.

I don’t think they can throw out part that act. I believe it was explicitly made not severable.

Time to roll out the homosexual pictures of Judas Roberts again, and have the NSA send transcripts to his home of text messages he sent, with a note saying, "We wouldn't want these to be released, would we?"

She is a genius compared to the constituents that voted her in.

Political theatre. We have no idea what the 9 political hacks in black muumuus are going to do. Although it’s a pretty fair bet that whatever they do will be contrary to the Constitution, common sense, fair play, and the economic interests of the middle class.

Sheila Jackson Lee has been a powerful voice of the people for over 250 years. Don’t try to marginalize this former slave who fought the elements to sail into the unknown and discover Atlanta Georgia in 1482. That’s 10 years before Columbus discovered Ohio. You owe this brilliant woman an apology.

The rule at stake under the health-care overhaul is a provision in the ACA that requires all new health insurance plans to pay for contraceptives.

Hard to take their reporting seriously when they don't even understand the plaintiffs case. The case is not about contraceptives. The case is about abortifacient drugs at a micro level. It is about freedom at a macro level.

Predicting what these robe wearing swamis are going to do is about as productive as trying to pour hot butter up a bobcat's ass.

So if they throw out another “controversial part” of Obamacare, will the lack of severability be invoked THIS time?

And if they do throw out a portion, what about Congress’ intentional omission of a severance clause?

What “law”. No one, not even SF Nan, knows what law, much less what is in it. Elmer Fudd is ruling by executive decree. Civil disobedience, like the patriots in CT are doing, is needed.

Paying the fine/tax is supporting abortions. Keep your bank balances low enough that the IRS/Gestapo can’t steal your money. Make them garnish your wages; there is no way they can administer millions of wage garnishments. Tie them up in courts with millions of challenges to the garnishments.

-——the lead plaintiff Hobby Lobby Inc——

Omitted is a second plaintiff, the sisters of Mercy I think.

They are a church related Non Profit. The law imposes a burden on the religious rights of both a secular and a pure church corporate entity. That distinction makes the judgement more sticky.

I can believe that the court will rule in favor of the sisters corporation and let congress sort out requiring hobby lobby to provide the coverage.

How can even ObamaCare be the law. It has morphed and changed so much by decrees and edicts that it no longer resembles the supposed law that was passed. It is illegal it is not a law it is a travesty.

refuse to provide all or some contraceptive services

I wonder if ANY of the protesters I've seen on TV or read about have ANY idea that Hobby Lobby isn't trying to avoid ALL contraceptive services - only IUD and morning after pills. And how many journalists know the specifics but want to stir up anger? And how many just suck at reporting?

This is about precedent and if Hobby Lobby wins, other corporations may be able to take it further based on the ruling (if any want to, which I haven't seen evidence of). But the media accusations against Hobby Lobby seem close to libel - they are intentionally misinforming, and causing financial harm (I'm sure many have stopped shopping there).

Nah ... I just don’t believe the “positive” hype anymore. After Roberts’ decision on Obamacare being a “tax” ... nothing from the black robed ones will surprise me. I’m not going to get all “happy” that they might side with religion. I seriously doubt it will happen.

The USSC isn't going to do anything about the "free birth control" provisions of Obamacare. Roberts will see to it that it's "clarified" that Hobby Lobby and other companies can pay the penalty tax instead of providing their employees insurance at all, and call it a day.

That's where the Obama Administration gets what it wants: A big company to point at and say "See! It's all those greedy wealthy businessmen that are taking away your insurance, it's not me!"

Then all Hobby Lobby's employees will get enrolled in Obamacare at highly inflated prices for little to no coverage. Obama and the Democrats will claim victory over "big business" and have their issue for the 2014 elections.

Republicans will of course then wet their pants, cower like sissies and snatch defeat from the jaws of victory in the 2014 mid-terms.

Mark this post. It's true. You can already see it coming.

Remember the last time the USSC "signaled" their disapproval of something? We all thought Obamacare was dead in the water based on their "signals" ... then what happened? It got re-written as a tax with penalties and was upheld as Constitutional.

I'm telling ya, trained apes or monkeys could do a better job than this USSC.
