The Alabama Supreme Court has upheld the dismissal of a 2012 lawsuit which wanted Alabama's Secretary of State to certify the birth certificate of each presidential candidate before allowing their names to appear on the general election ballot.
The court ruled 7-2 on the issue, with Chief Justice Roy Moore one of two justices who dissented from the majority's decision, arguing the lower court should have directed the secretary of state to check candidate birth certificates.
The justices who agreed that the lawsuit should be dismissed were Michael F. Bolin, Tommy Bryan, James Allen Main, Glenn Murdock, Greg Shaw, Lyn Stuart and Alisa Kelly Wise. Moore and Tom Parker both wrote opinions dissenting from the majority.
President Barack Obama's Hawaii birth certificate has been the source of years of speculation in some circles, with Obama critics arguing he was not born in the U.S. and is thus ineligible to serve as president.

Disgusting. This country has gone stark raving mad, North AND South.
Truth is despised.
The court is not competent enough to decipher a computer generated fake Hawaii BC. So the court may be correct on this ruling.
Yes-—noticed years ago, children are fed moral relativism 25/7 in public schools and media. Truth no longer exists. Reality is formed by artificial institutions away from loving family (if they have one) and the stuff in movies that they consume and so-called “literature” is nothing but pornography
What feels good, is good. No Reason allowed and certainly ALL the ideas about God and Jesus Christ has to be silenced in the public square and schools so the elites can erase those thoughts right out of the brain of our children.
Such a shame. It would be nice to take control over whatever affects the children—for our future.
The issue is long dead, although we still see zombie-enthusiasts still stumbling around ... :-) ...
Well I guess all the rumors about Alabama are true and
Neal Young was right. Alabama is officially on board the
electoral fraud wagon. Well so much for it becoming more
than part of that blank space between Texas and Florida.
I’ll go back to “ Alawhat, Alawho, Alawhere” with a
competence rating of 7-2 against common sense.
Anybody out there check their financials??
Da FIX is IN—EVERYWHERE.
Reason and justice are long dead, it seems.
No one in government is slightly curious with regards to discrepancies in this guys documents? Even if there is nothing to it, they owe it to the American people to at least take a closer look.
Unreal.
How true. If Alabama goes over to the dark side, you know the die is cast. I'm not saying that this decision marks such a transformation, but it bothers me a great deal and makes me wonder whether "the other side" has infiltrated its highest court.
Bolin found that the law does not compel an investigation of candidate eligibility by the secretary's office and noted that other courts have found the issue of qualification is best left to the parties that nominate their candidates. He pointed out that the Secretary of State has no subpoena power or investigative authority. Then the appropriate solution to this is for the Alabama legislature to pass a law granting those powers and the ability of this type of investigation of candidate eligibility. Of
Starting with R. Barkley Surrick, and with a host of federal judges, the entire federal government has shown that they are not on the up and up. From 2008 to 2014, every case involving this president’s eligibility has been tossed out for some bogus reason like ‘you don’t have the standing to question whether or not he is elligible’. Every citizen of the United States has standing to question a breech of the Constitution. The federal judges in this country are not living by the Constitution. The people in the Senate and House are not living up to their responsibility to uphold the Constitution.
Mr. Obama responded to Alan Keyes during a debate for the seat in the senate, when Mr Keyes said to Obama that he was not a citizen, ‘So what! I am not running for president.’ IIf that is not an admission as to his status, I don’t know what is. Every Federal Judge, Senator and Representative knows this, and yet they hide their heads and hope that the average Joe doesn’t catch on. Dig a little. You’ll find
out that this is true. Remember this on election day and vote accordingly.

Go ahead and surrender now. Get down on your knees and stay there. If you can live without the truth in your life you certainly don’t need freedom either.
I know a dead issue when I see it. I also know how to cure the problem and keep it from happening again ... however ... not too many people seemed interested in that aspect of it.
And we’ll just ignore what has already happened. Yeah, that’s a great idea.
Well ... I’d like to see someone who talks like you do - actually accomplish what you say you want to accomplish.
From what I could see of the situation right after Obama was elected, was that there would be a segment of people STILL TALKING ABOUT THIS even to the day when Obama does the ribbon cutting on his new Presidential library. You can go back to my post back then and you see I was saying that.
To me, it looks like what I “figured” about the situation and from what I could see about the facts - is that it’s going to happen exactly like I said.
