In honor of Earth Day this year, groups are giving out 44,000 “Endangered Species Condoms.”
The environmentally friendly condoms will be distributed in an effort to refocus the green holiday back to why it was started: to campaign against “runaway human population growth and overconsumption.”
“April 22 is the 44th Earth Day, and this year we want to bring the holiday’s focus back to its origins: runaway human population growth and overconsumption, the root causes of our most pressing environmental crises,” the Center for Biological Diversity wrote in a pitch to its supporters.

I kinda like the idea of giving them the old “Naked and Afraid” treatment. If so called pro survivalists bail on the show before 3 weeks is up, what sort of chance do ya think these asshats would have? Drop ‘em in the middle of a wonderous environment like the Amazon so they can get up close and chummy with gaia. Ah, communing at it’s finest. Maybe they could “friend” some pirhanas.

Absolutely; my point was that these 44K condoms aren’t being distributed in Nairobi or Mexico City.
Case in point: put a liberal in a crowded coffee house jammed with other like-minded latte sipping, prius driving liberals and they are happy as clams. Put them in Dhaka Bangladesh and next thing you know they are wailing and emoting over “overpopulation”.
Just shows they’re the same Malthusians who have been pushing the overpopulation idea for years. These radical environmentalists consider human beings a virus on the planet, and think we don’t belong in ‘nature’. It’s a religion to them, plain and simple, and anyone who doesn’t agree is a heretic.
