Obamacare architect Zeke Emanuel claims in his new book that the health care reform law will result in the end of employer-sponsored insurance.
Despite President Barack Obamas claim that if you like your plan, you can keep it a talking point developed in his first 100 days in office by a tiny but influential left-wing messaging group called the Herndon Alliance his administration has long planned to disassemble the current U.S. insurance industry as well as alter health care reform.
The Daily Caller reported last June that the Obama administration was making moves to squash self-funded insurance plans, which small businesses use and which could represent the Achilles heel for Obamacare implementation, prompting Kentucky Republican Sen. Mitch McConnell to introduce the Self-insurance Protection Act (SIPA). Obama also admitted in front of Republican congressmen in 2010 that 8 to 9 million Americans would lose their health insurance under his new health reform law.

The list, Ping
Let me know if you would like to be on or off the ping list
Well I think that was the plan all along. The end goal is to push us onto a single payer sytems like Canada and the UK. Not good for any of us sheeple.
I wonder how much our individual federal taxes will have to go up if single-payer is implemented.
Someone’s going to have to pay for all this “free” medical treatment?
What’s the tax rate in Sweden?
Medical Tourism, here we come.

Of course it was. Communist want to control every aspect of one’s life. Socialized medicine is just the beginning.
“the health care reform law will result in the end of employer-sponsored insurance.”
I don’t know that this in it’s self is a bad thing... Only about a fifth to a quarter of the population works today.
bkmk
It was for my Fortune 500 company where my family had great health insurance for 20 years and all they are offering now is a high deductible plan where I am out $3000 before they pay one dime. So much more expense for us and a lot less medical care. With the average savings of most families at $1,000, one illness will wipe out a family’s life savings.
Isn’t he the one who is the Mengele wannabe.
Obama’s pals in the unions are not going to like this.
Yes. that was the original intention. They HATE knowing that some people have better plans than others. (except when it’s themselves)
They will hurt millions of people just to make everybody “equal”. (except themselves - their plan is sacred and will not be touched)
Expensive health care plans with few providers, the non working and illegal will take precedence as usual. The sheep will take it young people will totally reject
Break the price-fixing cartels - insurance companies. Catastrophic insurance ONLY. Free market for routine health care.
People should buy their own health insurance, just like the buy their own car insurance and home-owners insurance.
If you don't buy any, you don't have any.
What a novel concept!
I looked up the word a**$^&e in the dictionary and I saw his picture. It will be people like him who get appointed to the death panels.
Why is no one talking about the monopolies in the health industry?
The Affordable Care Act is in direct conflict with federal antitrust laws.

Buzz at the Conservative Political Action Conference is that Hillary Clinton might not be running for president in 2016 and might instead be a placeholder for Rahm, who was President Obamas chief of staff before he ran for mayor.
Another theory: Rahm will be Hillarys running mate on a Clinton-Emanuel ticket.
One clue as to ruthless Rahms ambitions: He is being showcased in CNNs Chicagoland, the documentary series produced by Robert Redford which debuted on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Zeke, the bioethicist and fellow at the Center for American Progress, has emerged as the chief apologist for Obamacare.
The doctor just released a book titled: Reinventing American Healthcare: How the Affordable Care Act Will Improve Our Terribly Complex, Blatantly Unjust, Outrageously Expensive, Grossly Inefficient, Error Prone System.
And Ari the template for the brash Ari Gold character Jeremy Piven played in Entourage is being credited with killing Mel Gibsons career with the column he wrote in the Huffington Post back in 2006, urging Hollywood to shun Gibson for making anti-Semitic remarks.
For the love of God, doesn’t any journalism school require graduates to know the difference between “quash” and “squash”?
Well not quite...the govt is an employer. The law is really helping in getting rid of any employer other than the govt.
Do you think that’s what he meant to say? Doubtful, I know.
