Great news for anti-Ukrainians and Putinistas disdainful of free and independent countries.

It's costing Putin a lot of rubles to keep those troops there.

He'll do something soon.

Russia is holding war games along its border with Ukraine through the end of month. Of course, its also intended to remind Kiev... the Bear has teeth and claws.

A dozen A10’s, two dozen F2’2’s, and a few drones with FAE’s can take care of that.

Ukraine could re-visit their decision not to join NATO and rescind their decision and join as an emergency matter...........

The countries of eastern Europe will now find out what it is really like to depend on a weak American government to protect them. They can ask the South Vietnamese for their perspective. My recommendation to them: its time to worry and plan NOW.

Ukraine and Georgia tried to join NATO with GW Bush backing their membership but the Europeans said no.

We may be on the verge of at least what happened to Czechoslovakia in 1968. But I fear it could turn into a repeat of the Hungarian Revolution of 1956, where thousands were killed in battles between Hungarian and Soviet forces.

Is Putin crazy? Doesn’t he know that if he tries to go any further, Obama will express deep concern?

Europe won’t offend Russia by inviting Ukraine into NATO.

Wih the annexation of Crimea an all but accomplished fact, the world is waiting to see what further moves Moscow might make in Ukraine.

I’m sure Putin is really worried by what Obama and traitor Kerry have to say.

Russia is looking at the novorossiya. With a suitable pretext, it could march in and amputate the primarily Russian-speaking oblasts in eastern Ukraine and never leave. The only question left to be answered is what could constitute a future pretext for Russian intervention.

We’re talking about an autocrat. Any whim will do as a suitable pretext. He’s used propaganda in Russia as effectively as Goebbels ever did in Germany, and it’s worked outside of Russia too. It just goes to show that some are duped because they’re dopes and some are duped because they want to believe.
