The head of the Senate Intelligence Committee on Tuesday publicly accused the CIA of secretly removing documents from computers used by her panel to investigate the agency's controversial interrogation program and said that an internal agency investigation of the action has been referred to the Justice Department for possible criminal prosecution.
Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-Calif.) said the activities of agency officials "May have undermined the constitutional framework" of congressional oversight.
The situation amounted to an attempted intimidation of congressional investigators, she said, adding: "I am not taking it lightly."

ROTFL.....so now she’s concerned?
Keep it up Biotch.
I suspect some very unflattering information on crooked deals your hubby was involved in on deals you oversaw while serving on Committees will soon come to light.
Like maybe importing those evil Assault Weapons?
Boy would I love to see THAT file.
So, Obama's next, right?
She's TOTALLY OK with any and every agency taking whatever information they can from the citizenry...without warrant or good cause...but when it's HER computer she wants criminal charges.
This illustrates as clear as any other action why we must be rid of all these folks.
Trials and hangings are really the only good answer left.
If the DOJ takes up the probe, I wonder what the behind-the-scenes look like.
The DOJ is a full-on criminal enterprise these days, selective;y prosecuting crimes in such a way as to become a law unto themselves. Every single action they undertake is meant to undermine Conservatives and / or Republicans, enrich Democrats, or further a far-left agenda.
So, if they probe the CIA, then the CIA is falling to the right of center in some way. What way can that be?
The KGB took over the Russian organs of government. Could that ever happen here? I'd rather some semi-right-wing CIA spooks run the show than this whacked-out administration.

If we're gonna have a coup, let's have it by the JCS. On top of the table. Wearing uniforms.
Some guys we have a reasonable basis to trust.
I could go for that, but they gotta relinquish back to civilian leaderdership after a few adjustments:
1) Mandantory and full vetting of all Presidential and Vice Presidential candidates. If you were not born ON AMERICAN SOIL to TWO AMERICAN PARENTS, you lose.
2) Disbanding or severely curtailing: The EPA, the DHS, the TSA, the DOE, and restrict the FCC to broadcast-only decisions.
3) The IRS would have a permanent oversight branch dedicated to keeping it honest.
4) The DOJ would have a permanent oversight branch dedicated to preventing partisan prosecutions and selective law enforcement.
5) The NSA would answer directly to Congress on its day to day activities. All domestic-citizen records immediately purged, heavy prison time for any employee who collects ANYTHING about ANY private citizen, including Islamic terrorist types. We have other ways to deal with them.
All that.
Senator Feinstein, before you pursue this any further, would you like to consider the contents of this folder regarding how your husband got the exclusive deal to sell off post offices around the entire country?
She'll get her criminal charges...
We really do have a shadow government and the CIA enforces their will. Were I president, I would find the most patriotic top officers at the Pentagon and mount a raid of the Langley facility, surrounding the building with armor and air power, cutting all power and sending in SpecOps teams to clear the building.
Interesting thesis. Not implausible.
> an internal agency investigation of the action has been
> referred to the Justice Department for possible criminal
> prosecution.
Feinswine can’t be serious.
Does she think that the Eric Holder “Just Us” dept will investiage anything they consider to be “on the wrong side of history”?
If she does, then she’s more idotic than I thought, as impossible as that may seem.
NOW it matters eh Di-Fi?? hahahahahahahaha!!! Talk to your Bambster guy there, hah!
This regime is undermining the constitutional framework for the last five years and now she cares?.
