In one of the most significant steps of its kind taken by any Administration, President Barack Obama has unveiled a plan which he hopes will lift young minority men out of a persistent cycle of despair and hopelessness into productive lives.
Obama’s “My Brother’s Keeper” initiative will be in the hands of a top-level task force, which the president has appointed “to develop a coordinated federal effort to improve significantly the expected life outcomes for boys and young men of color,” he wrote in a memo outlining his plan.
The program will cover not only young African-American men but also Hispanics and Native Americans and the “My Brother’s Keeper Task Force” has been directed to report on its progress regularly over the next year....

All of his projects are to help people make bad choices with no consequences.
If we parented the way he “helps people” we would give the keys to the car and a bottle of booze to our 16 year old son, and slap a $20 in his hand and tell him to buy condoms with it. “Have a good evening, son! Remember, your uncle is a crooked lawyer and can get you out of anything if you get into trouble. He’s got some great pictures of the district attorney coming out of a whorehouse, so have fun, kid!”

In otherwords. Obama has just admitted that decades of democrat rule over the black citizen has utterly failed.
