White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said Monday that the U.S. government is prepared to provide support to Ukraine, under certain conditions, as the country tries to emerge from a bloody power struggle that is still in flux.
Carney spoke after Ukraine's acting government issued an arrest warrant for President Viktor Yanukovych, accusing him of mass crimes against the protesters who stood up for months against his rule. Carney said that at this point, Yanukovych's whereabouts have not been confirmed but he is not "actively leading the country."

Ukraine needs this. Its either that or back to the Russkie yoke. The Euros won’t do anything about it
balmy may yet call it a coupe, and send in the Marine Corpse!
We got money to burn now...money to burn!
I got a very expensive 4 color reelection flyer from my Congressman, Doug Collins of Georgia, who BRAGGED about get the ‘most conservative’ rating of all the Georgia Congressmen.
A curious comment on there about his accomplishments was this “resisted efforts to increase the debt”....odd that.
Could it be on the House vote for Ryan’s capitulation debt limit he voted YES along with John Lewis and Hank Johnson (Ds)? Why yes! But, he ‘resisted’ though.
When he got elected, I wrote him - told him three things that would make him lose my vote 1)2A infringement, (any) 2)Amnesty (any), and 3) increasing the debt. He won’t be getting my vote in November - dead sure positively won’t be getting it.
You made it as clear as can be, I wouldn’t vote for him either.
Kerry has already opened his mouth ....”a big carrot”
I have said it before and I will say it again.
I am opposed to the next war, where ever it is.
Thanks, I guess it’s not too surprising.
We can always borrow some money to buy some influence. LOL
Ironic since Obama and Yanukovych have both turned the govt against its critics. One uses the IRS one uses the Military.
LOL! The way 0bama’s foreign policy has gone he’s going to have to buy a lot. :)
Who cares what some corrupt eastern European country needs?
The question folks ought to be asking is...does the American tax payer need this?
NONE OF OUR BUSINESS
Anyone want to bet that “sodomite rights” will have to be ensured for Ukraine to receive this aid?
Not me, especially with the way effin Kerry and 0bama are pushing it.
Not sold on a “Slavic Spring”?
Me neither.
Yes, the American tax payer, as clueless as they usually are, need this. Hurting Russia makes us live safer.
