King, 81, who hosts Larry King Now, a daily half-hour Web program for Ora TVin which he has an equity stakeindicated hed be willing to return to his previous perch at CNN, Jay Leno-like, if Zucker was interested. If he talked to the people at Ora TV and they could work it out, I would do it, he said. (The Suspendered One's program is also carried on Hulu and the Putin government-backed Russia Today television network.)
For Zucker, Morgans departure represents both an opportunity and a failure, and perhaps a huge relief after years of anemic ratings. For Klein, now an independent producer, its a not entirely unexpected disappointment. I think he felt like he made a mistake, Larry King recalled.
Klein, who was fired from CNN in the fall of 2010, shortly after announcing that Morgan would take over the all-important 9 p.m. slot, dismissed Kings stab at mind-reading. Instead, he argued in an interview that hiring Morgana former Fleet Street editor whod become a fixture on British television and gained notoriety among U.S. viewers as a contestant on NBCs The Apprentice and a judge on that same networks Americas Got Talentmade eminent good sense to people in CNNs executive suite.

Wow, a tea-bagger and a two bagger.
Unfortunately, a good many “journalists” are just like Larry. News and interviews just aren't what the used to be.
After hosting on RT, the pro-Putin cable news outlet, I think Al Jazeera would be a more appropriate venue for Larry.
"Boise, ID, you're on with Anita Dunn, what's your question?"
MISS!
LIZA!
MINELLIE!?!?!?!"
The Michelle Malkin Show would make a dent in the ratings.
Jay Leno needs a new gig.
I say give Paula Deen that time slot to whip up a batch of controversy with her blueberry waffles. Paula’s first cooking guests? On Tuesday, Sarah Palin’s Roasted Rabbit Stew, One Thursday, George Zimmerman talks about his new cookbook “El Bonito Burrito”.Next Monday; Ann Romney makes and bakes her Brownies with seven of the Grandchildren. Ratings Gold!! Such a show would be self advertising.
Cool!
I miss ‘Tales from the Crypt’.
Fruit, meet fly.
Two liberal fossils.
Gee, wonder why these hosts don’t bring in the ratings like FOX?
Pray America Wakes Up
I think CNN will go with some sort of light entertainment talk show. The host will be a comedian and it will discuss actors, Hollywood, and the like.
I don’t think they will replace Morgan with anyone controversial.
Personally, I wish Fox was like “Red Eye” 24/7. I don’t really care to watch the news anymore. Hannity and Oreilly, et al really bore me.
They can go serious news if there is some breaking story.
So the Crypt Keeper wants his show back. 104 year-old larry king returns! Didn’t he just marry a 12 year-old?
the only way Larry King could come back is after the Resurrection
That's what came to my mind, too.
