How will the feds know what employers were thinking when hiring and firing? Simple. Firms will be required to certify to the IRS – under penalty of perjury – that ObamaCare was not a motivating factor in their staffing decisions. To avoid ObamaCare costs you must swear that you are not trying to avoid ObamaCare costs. You can duck the law, but only if you promise not to say so.

It is not illegal to avoid paying taxes. It is illegal to not pay taxes owed. Can you imagine this line of thinking trickling down into state governments? If you live in California, and want to leave the state due to its high taxes, you would be considered avoiding taxes. Could they bar you from leaving? Could they charge you California taxes when you live in Texas?
What is the legal justification for such a certification?
Even our bartender speaker of the louse has decided there is not point asking the president to abide by the law...
And if they so swear the government can charge them with Perjury. We are coming to a point where a comopany will have to apply to a government agency for permission to terminate an employee and members of protected groups will, of course, not be eligible for termination.

Along with expanding the power of the IRS and the Executive this regulation is also a bone tossed to the national bar. Any business falling into this new legal dilemma will likely hire a tax lawyer before laying off employees.

A very large part of the problem today is what the educational establishment is cranking out in to society. That educational establishment bears little, if any, resemblance to the one most of us here knew and grew up with.
When the Left decided to make inroads to the American state, the very first thing they had their eyes on was education.
I have to hand it to them - they've had far greater success at creating the New Soviet Man than I thought they would.

Okay, I swear I did not fire the good for nothing, come in late, screw up everything he touched, made a mess of all documents he handled, lazy, calling in sick all the time, dimocrat.
I have worked with children all my life and had five brothers and sisters and it even took me decades to understand how crucial the formative years in children are to forming “Worldview”.
I just didn’t understand the insidious evil of Marxism to corrupt children, and how devious and evil these godless people are, who make slaves of everyone, albeit “happy” slaves, since they are too dumb or drugged or entertained to know any better.
Since everything in their utopia is an artificial reality devoid of Natural Laws and Truth, where Slavery is Freedom, there is no Reason, Truth or God. All information is totally controlled and revised for their agendas.
It is written about in “1984” and “Brave New World”, but people think that was fiction and impossible. With technology today—their capability of total control and tyranny exceeds the limits in those books.

Any member of congress (d) or (r) that isn’t screaming to bloody hell about this should be removed from office for violating their sworn oath to uphold the constitution!
