Exempt everybody until he leaves office. That way it will be the Republicans’ fault.

If our Emperor Obama thinks this is a wise move, then let his will be done.

Would it be that difficult for the HOR to pass raising the debt ceiling in exchange for removing the Obamacare mandate and the subsidies to insurance companies forever? I hate the debt ceiling being raised, but in the long run it would help the economy. Besides which who could vote against it? The Republicans who secretly support it because their insurance company paymasters are profiting would have to come clean.

So we had to jam this through 4 years ago...to delay it for 3 more years now?

Just another short-term ploy for votes.

As with all other purely political moves by this Administration, the uncertainty in the marketplace those moves create results in further disruptions and destructions of business opportunities and jobs--all of which creates suffering and loss for citizens.

Aetna's CEO already has signaled his firm's position. Now, as a result of the sophomoric efforts of this Administration and its equally inept leaders, Pelosi and Reid, a company which, by personal knowledge, already was offering new coverage to Stage IV cancer patients prior to the abomination called ACA, was then forced to cancel those policies, and may now be forced to discontinue.

The administration was noncommittal, saying that it's considering "all sorts of ways" to offer consumers more choices

Wouldn't it have been better to have these discussions BEFORE passing the law? That way, you find out what's in it beforehand.

I think he is confusing a REGULATION and a LAW.

Regulations can be adjusted by the administration but a law can not.

Of course you would think one person in Washington would know this and inform the President he does not have the power to change a law once it is passed. His only power is to enforce the law.

A side note. At the end of the Civil War, slavery was still not illegal. A constitutional amendment was required to make it illegal.

Why does this President think he can just sign and order and it becomes law? Silly question, because the media is his front line of defense and the elite Republicans are happy to go along with him.

Where is the loyal opposition?

The GOP is more worthless than dirt. The Democrats are all but out on their feet from Obamacare, and the GOP is getting smelling salts for them to get them back in the boxing match.

Obamacare is Officially now a failure, by virtue of this proposed 3 year extension of taxpayer-funded agony.

Speaker Boehner needs to earn his keep by cutting our tax-payer losses and abolishing Obamacare by April 15, 2014.

PERIOD!

dumB☹ should just end the charade of trying to make zer☹care acceptable and make an executive order changing it to single payer.

One has to wonder why John Roberts didn't think of that.
