ST. CLOUD, Minn. (AP) - An 18-year-old has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for throwing a punch in a St. Cloud alley that killed a college student.
Jesse Smithers of Sauk Rapids earlier pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the death of 20-year-old Colton Gleason.

I realize that. This is still some of the collateral damage that can take place though, and that’s why I wish guys would simply reason with each other and blow it off.
The "knockout game" easily qualifies for the recipient of such action being in fear of great bodily harm or death. It is attempted murder, done with malignant and predetermined intent.
Nobody should be surprised when somebody like St. Trayvon gets his just desserts for initiating an unprovoked assault with intent to create great bodily harm or death.
Of course, in some squalid and degenerate cultures, that's considered rassiss!

At least it’s more than the 60 days sentence given to a nephew of Mayor Daley in Chicago after he killed someone.
