Charles Krauthammer told viewers Tuesday on “Special Report with Bret Baier” that a Supreme Court ruling on a labor unions case could potentially be “a blow to organized labor from which they would not recover,” depending on how the justices rule.

Don’t trust the Supreme Court to make any ruling against the unions. America is run by the communists and the unions are a huge part of it.
Only thing we *can* count on is for Roberts to screw us all over.

Right. And I wonder why he is alerting the unions about this - it will only serve to mobilize them to go ‘Chicago’ on the courts.
One can only hope so.
If this happens, how would the union thugs make a living? Nobody in their right mind would want to hire them. I guess they could work as quality control product testers for some baseball bat manufacturer.

Don’t fret it Chuck, highly unlikely that the SC is going to rule against unions, because that would mean that some of the people could have some of their freedom back.
They’re just not into ruling that way these days.
Do some of you really think the unions are not aware of this case and its implications, and that they are learning of it from Krauthammer?

It’s not like the unions aren’t fully aware already.
I’m sure they are aware of it. But maybe they don’t understand the implications/ramifications of a decision that goes against them.
Maybe the unions are complacent because they’ve got a friend in DC who routinely ignores the law and gets away with it.
My point is this: why encourage a counterattack?
They already are experienced in “community organizing”.
There were rumors when Justice Roberts wrote both the for and against majority opinions on the Obamacare case that the feds had some sort of blackmail file to force him to change his vote.
Now that Snowden’s allegations have come out and the NSA heads won’t say “nope, we don’t spy on Congress”, the allegations are far more substantiated.
Which makes it likely he could be forced to vote as required in other cases.
