Don’t trust the Supreme Court to make any ruling against the unions. America is run by the communists and the unions are a huge part of it.
There were rumors when Justice Roberts wrote both the for and against majority opinions on the Obamacare case that the feds had some sort of blackmail file to force him to change his vote.
Now that Snowden’s allegations have come out and the NSA heads won’t say “nope, we don’t spy on Congress”, the allegations are far more substantiated.
Which makes it likely he could be forced to vote as required in other cases.
