The regular filing deadline is Feb 28, for the May 6 primary.
The regular run-off is July 15.
One would think there would be a primary prior to this election, possibly coincident with the May 6 primary. Could a run-off be necessary? Coincident with the July 15 date?

Then who serves after that?
If dirty Harry Reid had seated Scott Brown in a timely fashion, rather than wait something like 6 weeks after his victory,OsamaObamaCare wouldn’t have passed. The filthbag Rat temporarily appointed by that other filthbag Rat,Governor Deval “Coupe Deval” Patrick, was the 60th vote in the Senate.Scott Brown,OTOH,vowed to vote against.
The holdup is finding someone as stupid as the leaving congressman, for continuity.
I hope the guv tells the naacp to piss up a rope. You can never please “THOSE” people so the hell with them. Its obvious they don’t care what the law is.
This was all done to insure a black would be representing blacks. Nothing “separate” about that, huh.
