Following Japan's proclamations that it will take over another 280 'disputed ownership' islands, it appears the increasingly dis-approved of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's path of militarism and provocation is working.
As China Daily Mail reports, citing experts, China intends to take back Zhongye Island - 'illegally' occupied by the Philippines, according to the Chinese.
The Chinese navy has drawn a detailed combat plan to seize the island and the battle will be restricted within the South China Sea. Philippines military is building up on the island and the Chinese see as 'intolerable' the "arrogance" relying on US support.

I think I should be on it. Alex actually referred to me as a “manger dawg” the other day in a PM.
So I think I have the right as a red blooded American born and LIVING in these United States to be included on this list.
OR I will have to start my own ping list with only me on it called the “Manger Dawg 1 Pound” and it might get confusing.

Each of us was dubbed one of those “manger dawgs” by he who shall not be named, and we came together to have company. There isn't an official list. I just copied a long list of us one day and would then add others as they asked to be in our doggie pen. I will certainly add your name to my list. I have paged the others so I'm sure you will get on their list, too.
You are special as you got a private message from he who shall not be named, and he privately called you a “manger dawg”. I think he is overstepping to do that, so I'm letting Jim know a new level has been reached.
