Why John Roberts (Likely) Is Protecting Obamacare
http://www.westernjournalism.com ^ | January 9, 2014 | Dr. Kevin "Coach" Collins

On Monday, without comment (because he could not make a coherent one), Chief Justice John Roberts denied a request by the Association of American Physicians & Surgeons and the Alliance for Natural Health USA for a stay in the implementation of Obamacare. The groups had made their application last Friday, arguing that since the bill had been declared a tax by the Supreme Court (with Justice Roberts himself the deciding vote), and it had originated in the Senate (the Constitution says revenue bills may not originate), the law was therefore unconstitutional; and implementation of Obamacare should at least be stayed pending further examination.

While there are other minor issues attached to the application that were also not addressed, the truth of the matter is clear: John Roberts will never do anything to derail Obamacare, no matter what arguments against it are brought before him.

There is very good reason to believe that regardless of the media’s skillful smothering of the story, John Roberts is being blackmailed to make certain Obamacare never falls in a Supreme Court case. The basis of this charge surrounds the fact that a series of strange (and probably felonious) acts are attached to the adoption of his two children.

Yes, he can be impeached. Now, whether it’s politically possible to do so is another question.

Having tried to understand Roberts, it seemed he was enabling a poison pill to nobamacare when he got it declared a tax, for the “origination” issue, but if he is now really blocking a suit on origination then that is harder to figure. I still think there is a possibility that he could come out of this smelling like a rose.

That said, I would like to hear what is illegal about the adoption you outlined? The Moms may have been from Ireland, but the adoption is likely legal in Argentina with children born in Argentina.

I think this blackmail theory is a false answer to his motivation and one or more of the other Justices would have called him out about that if there was any factual basis to blackmail.

I have said it before, national Constitutional politics is more a game of chess. We can not figure it out expecting it to be checkers.

I think the Irish govt has a big problem with it. Their law is designed to keep Irish children from being taken out of the contry.

If BO and Holder have the goods on everyone, then someone has the goods on BO. Why cant’ they just retaliate and blackmail him back with his Kenyan birth or any number of things in BO’s past.

I think it’s mutually assured destruction with the Clinton Crime Family.

The Chicago mob blackmailed them over Arkancides.

Otherwise the vaunted Clinton private detective squad would have dug up all the dirt on Baraq.

that, given the exigencies of the Great Depressio

Don't you just love that word? Exigencies…
It's so, so… excusing of the disposing of needful legal forms for convenience's sake.

I’ve said this all along. He really doesn’t want to vote this way, but is being blackmailed.

Presidential appointments are vetted to the max. That tells me W knew all about Roberts’ baggage when he appointed him. They’re all vile!

“That tells me W knew all about Roberts’ baggage when he appointed him.”

So what you are saying is that Obama can blame Bush for Obamacare? Thanks for chiming in.

Where did you get that idea? The point is simple. Bush and his team knew about Roberts’ baggage but appointed him anyway knowing he could be blackmailed. There was a time that if something came up that the opposition could use, the person was pulled from consideration. Remember Thomas Eagleton? Now they hang with them and that hurts everyone.

So, I’m not saying Obama can blame Bush for obamacare. I’m saying we can all blame Roberts, a Bush appointee. In fact, everyone was giddy waiting on Roberts’ ruling because we KNEW what he would do. Wrong!

He did the right thing. Obamacare must die on it’s own. The havoc wreaked must be so great that it can never happen again.

I believe he’s gay. Look at that famous photo of him with his best buds all dressed in white smiling into the camera. One has a typical 1970s “gay” mustache that was all the rage in the late 70s early 80s. Then look at how his children were dressed during his swearing in. No straight man would allow his children to be dressed like that.

Here in NYC, gay men dress their adopted children in the strangest clothes. They use hairspray on the young girls and dress the kids as if it was 1950. Call me, Cynical.

You might want to read what you just posted, because it gives Obama the goods to blame Bush for Obamacare.

Oy gay! Are we perhaps getting a little carried away with all of our rumor-mongering concerning Judge Roberts’s sexual orientation? After all, the pic was taken on Martha’s Vineyard, not Fire Island. And for the record, Scherer is married, as is Lazarus.

More seriously, all of the “Is John Roberts gay?” speculation strikes A3G as pretty pointless, since it’s doubtful that we’ll ever get a definitive answer to the question. It’s highly unlikely that Judge Roberts will show up in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee on September 6 and declare, “I am a gay American.” We can hazard all sorts of guesses about Judge Roberts’s tastes and proclivities, but we’ll never know for sure.

All the more reason for him to be blackmail material if some of the conjecture or rumors about him turn out to be actually true.
