Police are turning to the public to find the man who punched a woman as she was dropping her daughter off at dance practice in Los Gatos on Monday.
Police released a sketch Friday of the suspect.
They said he was wearing a white t-shirt, blue jeans and a backwards white baseball cap when he attacked the woman for no apparent reason.
There is speculation the attack could be part of a disturbing prank called the "Knockout Game," where random people are attacked while someone else videotapes it.
Witnesses said the victim was injured but refused to go to the hospital.
Somebody “bustin’ a cap” on his ass would be a pretty funny “prank” too.
The sketch looks Mexican or Filipino.
I love how sketch artists sometimes sign their work like it’s a collectible.
In Australia it would appear they refer to these cases as “Coward Punch” cases.
I think we shoud do the same.
Prank, as an ambush shooting murder is a ‘surprise prank’, not at all. Little by little, the cops are beginning to admit this is a big problem that won’t go away on it’s own.
What would a pencil sketch look like of a black person
would it show color or shading?
That picture doesn’t look at all like an African American. Did they purposely make a sketch that does not look like the suspect?
There are typically other characteristics besides color that would make a black person look different from a white. But shading is probably necessary if the drawing is to look like the person it is describing.
And nobody used Google Glasses to record the act? Is Google, Apple, etc., applying SOTA AI SW to not record SOB crime?

I can see reason for that. Call it advanced marketing. One has to create the need to sell the preventative. To know that a pending act was likely to be criminill one would need the biometric files rather handy. Jest think, one's the display on one's Glasses would highlight the perps within the field of view. Subscription income to come!
Methinks the NSA has the raws and they'll probably be for sale to the highest Treasury bond holder. So as opposed to an SOB, wouldn't that be an EOB (Ellison)? If it worked and the "victim" was ready, hopefully it would be an EOF!

The word “prank” makes it sound like all these attacks are just High School Seniors having a little fun.
In fact, they are felon drop-out criminal ghetto rats who commit hate crimes for the fun of it. Crackas are not amused.
If the MSM can’t be more descriptive, they could at least tell us what color foundation the suspect would wear. Ivory, Fair, Medium, Dark.
