Broadly speaking, the governments and people which most closely identified with the United States have lost out. In the Middle East, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, the Gulf States, Turkey and Israel are feeling sore. Regimes, like Mubarak’s Egypt, which had put all their eggs in the American basket, then found them addled. Many fell. In the Far East, old US allies feel inadequately protected from the rising power of China, and in Africa that same rising power has been left free to buy the place up. The great Obama “pivot to Asia” seems to have pivoted away again. Even western Europe feels neglected.
As for Britain, the bust of Winston Churchill left the Oval Office as Mr Obama moved in, and we lost influence.
So the rewards for doing the right thing by the United States seem to have diminished sharply.
All that the Obama-led West secured was a delay in the implementation of Iran’s nuclear programme. In return, Iran won the unfreezing of its foreign assets, the freedom to keep roughly 19,000 nuclear centrifuges and the first effective recognition of its right to be a “threshold” nuclear power.

Bammy’s War on America continues in attacks on American allies.
a) Weakens AmericaI have yet to have anyone raise a single substantive counter example in several years of posting this.
b) Distances America's allies
c) Strengthens America's enemies
d) Serves Islam
e) Harms Israel
Or some combination of the above.
This type of thing went on under Clinton too, though mostly because he didn’t take foreign policy seriously unti the latter part of his second term, as opposed to what Obama is doing.
The failure to maintain alliances meant that several allies fictionally didn’t exist when we had to go after Al Quaeda, as well as the whole character of the Iraq invasion changing when, denied by the replacement Turkish government, we weren’t able to send large numbers of troops from the north and thus didn’t grind up the nuts in that half of the country before we reached Baghdad.
We shoulda wasted Syria on the way into Iraq from the West.
We shouldn’t have gone into Iraq in the first place.
Well, so what? Barak Obama is NOT America’s friend either- he said that he stands with the muslims.

Obama DESPISES America AND it’s ALLIES.....but he LOVES her ENEMIES, his FELLOW MUSLIMS!!
Actually, thanks to Obama, America doesn’t HAVE any friends anymore.
Or vice versa — Iran and Syria on the way out of Iraq.
He is supporting Muslim Brotherhood type regimes/changes in order to surround Israel.
His objective is the destruction of Israel.
Jordan will be the next ME country with a Mus’Hood type uprising.
