I pray God lets me live long enough to see the US Constitution and Our Bill or Rights restored in the Law Schools and in the divided Judiciary where it seems those who reject the terms adopted in favor of the metaphysical refinements and tests o flogical skill that do more to beguile and more to defend FRAUD than they ever supported Our supreme Law of the land— I pray God will allow me live to see our Courts once again support our Constitution/and Bill of Rights as they seem to have done better at doing prior to FDR changing the Court.
Just voted, no at 80%, yes at 19%

Yes just because the four atheists in the country are upset about it its only fair to take the cross down. What a crock! Somebody needs to remind then and the judge that majority rules not minority.
As a non-Christian, I say let it stand. I don’t mind one bit.
In fact, I approve. People need faith in theirs lives. Excising religion from all public display will do no one any good.
Didn’t Stalin try some crap like this? How’d that turn out?
No. The “majority” does not “rule”. Not entirely. There are some Rights which even the Majority does not have the “right” to infringe.
That’s why we were created as a Republic.
Not when it comes to a cross on a hill. Separation of church and state says nothing to keep religious symbols out of the public domain. That has all come from activist progressive judges.
The Constitution Bill of Rights was to restrict government not to restrict citizens. If citizens paid for the Cross, then stay the Cross.
Go and do thou likewise.

What's wrong with these (Yes) people! If the cross offends you, please, please don't go there! Problem solved!
The public domain should be inclusive of the various beliefs of the public. Not exclusive.
And no, your appeal to “democracy” still doesn’t work here.
Argue with the Constitution not me. :-)
