BOSTON (AP) -- Massachusetts' top insurance official said Monday that the state won't allow consumers to keep health insurance policies that fall below the minimum requirements of the federal health care law.
State Insurance Commissioner Joseph Murphy said in a letter sent Monday to the Obama administration that substandard insurance policies are "virtually non-existent" in Massachusetts because of its first-in-the-nation health care law that took effect in 2007.

I guess if you live in Mass., you’ll take it in the . . . nether regions.
Bump
SURPRISE, SURPRISE!
Choke on it. You bought it, you own it.
As a resident of the Bay State, I can say with some authority that:
1. Health insurance costs a fortune here; and,
2. Those who manage to scrape together enough cash to furnish their own health insurance are being dunned yearly to pay for those busily sucking away at the public teat.
In other words, don’t bother to weep for the Birthplace of American Liberty - it fell to the Marxists long ago.
HAHA, MA Romney-care which Obama keeps saying is the model for Obamacare isnt good enough (expensive enough) for the obamacare mandates.
Apparently, Massachusetts’ top insurance officials have not heard the decree from King Barrack I that all in the land shall honor the law that he did not honor and lie about.
No surprises in mASS! Don;t they already have Romneycare? One could argue that if Romney was elected, he would have successfully gave the entire country Romneycare...such is the state of our declining civilization.
Liar!
Three Dog Night
I won’t ever leave while you want me to stay
Nothing you could do that would turn me away
Hanging on every word
Believing the things I heard
Being a fool
You’ve taken my life, so take my soul
That’s what you said and I believed it all
I want to be with you as long
As you want me to
I won’t move away
Ain’t that what you said?
Ain’t that what you said?
Ain’t that what you said?
Liar, liar, liar
May I see no night
May I see no day
If I ever leave while you want me to stay
You can believe in me
I won’t be leaving
I won’t let you go
Ain’t that what you said?
Ain’t that what you said?
Ain’t that what you said?
Liar, liar, liar

I love this headline. Think about it. In America? Our founders have to be spinning in their graves. Perhaps so fast, it will change the gravitational pull of the planet. REALLY? End the Progressive nightmare already.
I was wondering how Mass. would handle the Obamacare fiasco since it’s a state run health care system.
Actually, I think the point is that if you live in Mass you already take it in the nether regions.
The point seeming to be that since Mass already mandates plans in excess of federal requirements, there aren’t going to be a heck of a lot of cancellations.
And like a bunch of lemmings they will march in lockstep and vote democrat next time and every time.
I love that song!
It’s sooooooooooo apropos...........
Yes it is!!!
Obamacare breaks Romneycare!
