Rep. Pete Olson (R-TX) has introduced an Articles of Impeachment resolution against Attorney General Eric Holder for his role in Operation Fast and Furious and other scandals of President Barack Obamas administration.
Seven congressman have signed onto the resolution thus far in addition to Olson. They are Reps. Larry Bucshon (R-IN), Blake Farenthold (R-TX), Phil Roe (R-TN), Lynn Westmoreland (R-GA), Roger Williams (R-TX), Ted Yoho (R-FL), and Randy Weber (R-TX).
The Articles of Impeachment has four different sections. The first calls for Holders official removal because of his failure to comply with congressional subpoenas relating to Operation Fast and Furious. Holder has been voted on a bipartisan basis into both criminal and civil contempt of Congress for his failure to comply with the Fast and Furious subpoenas from House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA).
The second section of the Articles of Impeachment deals with Holders refusal to enforce the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), the Controlled Substances Act, and the Anti-Drug Abuse Act of 1986. The third section calls for Holders impeachment on the grounds that he has refused to prosecute any IRS officials involved in the scandal of unauthorized disclosure of tax records belonging to political donors.(continued)

. . . and both have ignominiously earned the traitor's end.
He must be a”RACIST”??????????????????????????????

1 Congressman for the US Constitution.
The last Congress got a contempt citation against him, yeah, good job critters, and it expired on the last day of its term.
Yeah, Congress is gonna take away his birthday again. Rah rah rah. Better hurry, time’s almost up you feckless .....
Obama will issue an EO declaring a pre-pardon.
- - - Original co-sponsors will be Reps. Phil Roe (R-Tenn.), Ted Yoho (R-Fla.), Lynn Westmoreland (R-Ga.), Larry Buschon (R-Ind.), Blake Farenthold (R-Texas), Randy Weber (R-Texas) and Roger Williams (R-Texas). Olson is a member of the Republican Study Committee, a caucus of House conservatives. - - -
FINALLY! Some US House Republicans have the courage to “hold Holder accountable!”
Next to Impeach should be Boehner, and then Obama, as Boehner will NOT Impeach Obama.
Strike while the iron is hot & RATS are on their knees. Not sure if will go anywhere but shine the light on these POS any chance you get.
I have not been too impressed with Pete lately but this is getting on the right track.
What Holder SHOULD do:
He SHOULD resign in shame or,
he SHOULD be fired.
Should he be impeached? Yes, if he does not resign
or is not fired. However, we know that the lack of
support for what SHOULD be supported will thrust more
grief upon those seeking impeachment than it ever
will on Holder.
Also, with Benghazi, IRS, and Ocare going on the folks
out there are already buried in scandal overload,
I fear.
That would be Pete Olson who strongly supports Boner. This move really surprises me as he has turned into a babbling idiot this last year. But then again election is coming.
Putting Soebarkah on notice...
I say again. That racist MFer should be frog marched in an orange jumpsuit from the DOJ.
I can think of three better places to send him- LSP @ Angola, MSP (Parchman), or Huntsville (TX).
Wow. Olson is my rep. I always thought he was just a backbencher who made safe votes so as not to draw attention to himself.
They need to act like Luis Guiterrez. Say they have 20 Democrats and 210 Republicans for impeachment of Holder.
There are Democrats who will vote for impeachment because it will affect their gun rights record.
Someone like John Barrow GA might be against voting for Holder because of voter fraud and black voters in his community.
Yeah, they NEED to, but they won’t.
Best news I’ve heard all day. Lets pray that it actually goes somewhere. I’m sure the “racists” screams will start shortly after it’s introduced.
Would be wonderful for BHO to lose his firewall.
Bingo! Pete trying to save his fanny. Donations must be down. He is a Bonehead fan, so this show of spine is a surprise.
