Rep. Henry Waxman (D., Calif.) blamed the private contractors retained by HHS to build and administer healthcare.gov for the websites extensive glitches Tuesday on MSNBC.
Waxman said Secretary of Health & Human Services Kathleen Sebelius was not aware of all of the technicalities pertaining to the Obamacare website and thus should not be held responsible for its failure.
Shes done a terrific job, Waxman said, I have a great deal of confidence in her.
The private sector, according to Waxman, failed to live up to their contractual obligations even with all of the money they got.
The California congressman suggested that if anyones head should roll, it should be the contractors who didnt live up to their contractual responsibilities:

....and who gave them that money, Henry? - and what, if any oversight was put into place to ensure that money was being well spent?
I actually believe that Waxman is as stupid as he looks.
Never mind that the requirements for the website were impossible to meet,
“Instead it was those damned campaign contributors er, contractors.”
The true meaning of the saying, “Close enough for government work.”
I love it when they occasionally speak the truth about what’s going on in their heads.
So here’s a user ion. In 2006, the hated Mitt Romney kicked offs similar system in Massachusetts with few or no glitches. The sign up works today. If Obama is so much smarter than Romney why is it Romney could oversee a system that works and Obama can’t even explain what went wrong? Why would he pay a half billion dollars to recreate a system Romney already paid for?

We can agree on that....but the she wolf nazi sebellius was the head of the train wreck....her head should roll first....
It’s suspicious that he hired a firm that failed at what he hired them to do.
Too easy. "The Health Care System in this country is shameful. It's time for a National Health Care System, most other countries have them. We should too."
The answer is clear: The Foot Stompin’ Petulant Baby we have that passes for a president would never admit Romney did something that works...even after the election, but especially before when it was needed.
The party of ‘not my fault’ declares that the private sector cannot be trusted with the nation’s health care... they must install a single payer system to ... (wait for it) “compete” with the big bad greedy capitalists...
So why does any manager or CEO ever get paid then, if the product is solely a result of what the hired help does? What idiots and/or liars...
This whole “it’s the private sector’s fault” meme has been circulating liberal blogs and comments for a week or two now. Guess the crap clogging the pipes finally filtered up and out of the toilet bowl.
WHERE IS THE LIBERAL PANIC BUTTON???? !!!!
You own it, Wax Man. 0bamaCare is a Dems Only Production.
Who are you people arguing with? No one hears you! These basters know what they are doing - repeat a lie until it becomes the one and only truth in the minds of the sheeple!
i guess the hhs buck doesn’t stop at cruella deville (sebelius).
she’s sacrificed too many kids to molech for the socialists to abandon her.
“I actually believe that Waxman is as stupid as he looks.”
I can’t believe he doesn’t have enough money to get a nose job. I guess like a typical dem he is loose with the public’s money and cheap with his own.
Nosferatu blames the private sector. Purple-lips and Kathy blame the Tea party govt. shutdown ...
Let’s blame it on the bossa nova and call the whole thing off.
