Resist and Ignore Obamacare . When you go into overtime without signing up , resist . Do not pay any penalties , refuse to play the game 100% . Just Say No. If millions and millions of Americans just totally shine this on and ignore the whole thing , what can they do ? Ideas ? What can they do ? Massive passive resistance is in order here . If you own property or bank accounts and the IRS can increase the fines and collect, that would be the problem of ignoring. Could become a national problem along withe the sky high rates.
What needs to happen is many class actions being filed challenging Obamacare as an illegal tax. The Supreme Court did not rule on this, and in fact Roberts created the issue when he tried to save Obamacare by calling it a tax. But a tax measure must arise in the House, and Obamacare came out of the Senate.
"The penalty for being uninsured next year is $95. Again, this is partly true. In fact, the penalty for being uninsured next year is $95 or 1 percent of your income, whichever is higher. So if you make $75,000 a year and you decide to go without insurance, the penalty will be $750. There are a number of things you can do to avoid having to pay it, from deliberately getting your utilities shut off to under-withholding taxes from your paycheck so that they don’t have a refund from which to take out the penalty. But that number is what will go on the books at the Internal Revenue Service, not the $95 you’ve probably heard."
That has been my plan all along. If they ever do contact me the games begin. Stalling, playing dumb, dyslexic form filling, every misdirection I can think of. Meanwhile assets get moved and/or dispersed into unrecoverable (to them) positions.

I was thinking about this. If you go to the page and click one link, then minimize the browser, and do nothing further, would that tie up the system?
What if everybody did this, as a protest?

Here is an interesting thought, (I think)
obamacare is a federal law
the fine is a federal penalty for breaking the federal law
if you do not do not have health insurance you are in violation of federal law and subject to a fine
does that not mean you are charged with a federal crime
which in turn is a felony
