The date stamped on the letter looks very suspect. If it was an official document, the date would have been typed on the letter.
I don’t know what the answer is to that question.

The link is posted in the thread. Utah story that mentions a USDA letter that was (according to the letter) sent to ALL states.
Any journalist checking this out can just call the USDA to verify the letter is legit.

That letter doesn’t say there’s an EBT shutdown in November. That will never happen. 0 will never stop the flow of money from the hard-working productive people to his loyal supporters.

Not that it matters much, but the letter is dated October 11th, and the initiation of the EBT system update (and resulting “glitch”) occurred the next day.
I have a hard time not believing that this is an intentional set up for riots. If it looks like a duck...
