What the hell is a JUDGE doing with an EBT card??? I thought those folks were well-compensated. Or is she hobbled by that weird “pay-freeze-for-judges” clause in the Constitution?

It always bugs me when any kind of thread gets posted dealing with some kind of civil disruption, be it Earthquake, hurricane, whatever, and the very first reply goes something like this... “Time to get to Cabelas and buy another 5,000 rounds!!”
or “Let the fun begin!!”
These people don’t have a clue what they are asking for. I don’t care how well armed someone is, in a total Road Warrior situation, you are pretty much just as dead as the next guy - you just get to live a little longer than he did.
It’s unseemly for people to say they are all ready to start shooting. IMHO, people with that attitude are as much a part of the problem as the zombies.
