Many Americans suspect Obama was foreign born. They are wrong. Boy do I have a story to tell you.
I believe Obama is a fraud. But it has nothing to do with his birth. Obama’s critics have it all backwards. They are looking in the wrong place. He isn’t a foreigner portraying himself as an American. He’s an American who fraudulently portrayed himself as a foreigner.
Months ago MSNBC television host Rachel Maddow spent 15 minutes on her national show calling me a “birther.” I scratched my head. Because I’m not. Never have been, not for one minute. A “birther” believes Obama is a foreigner, not legally qualified to be president. I have never believed that.
I’ve always believed that Obama is 100 percent American. There I’ve said it loudly. I’m a leading critic of the President, but I’ve always believed him to be American born. He is as American as P.T. Barnum. And he lies and exaggerates like P.T. Barnum too. While Obama is not a foreigner, he is a fraud. Let me tell you the REAL Obama story.
In hundreds of media interviews, I’ve stated that even though Obama was my college classmate at Columbia University, Class of 1983, and we shared the same majors (Political Science and Pre-Law), I never saw, met, or heard of him. But the media has this story wrong too – I’ve never said that my conclusion is Obama did not go to Columbia. On the contrary, I believe Obama graduated Columbia and we are classmates.
Where was he hiding for those Columbia years? My educated guess is he was smoking pot and attending communist meetings, plotting the downfall of America and capitalism. Don’t laugh, it worked!
While that was just an educated guess, Obama’s own autobiography backs me up – he personally admitted often attending Socialist Party meetings at Cooper Union in downtown Manhattan. With Obama, even your wildest guesses are often proven true.
But forget why he wasn’t seen at Columbia, the real mystery is how he ever got into Columbia. Stay with me – because this ties into the whole “foreign born” story.
I’ve believe I’ve pieced together what happened at Columbia and here it is. I believe that Obama, an American citizen, committed fraud by portraying himself as a foreigner, in order to gain almost impossible admittance to prestigious Columbia University (and probably Occidental and Harvard Law School as well). He lied and used fraud (misrepresentation) to weasel his way in. Is that really a crime? Ask convicted criminal Frank Abagnale, the real-life star of the hit movie and best-selling book, “Catch Me if You Can.” Portraying someone you’re not is called fraud, and punishable by years in prison.
It doesn’t take a psychology degree to figure out Obama’s fragile mindset as a young man. He spent his youth living a fantasy, wanting desperately to be foreign-born and exotic, instead of just a normal American kid from a struggling single parent household. As a black teen with no dad, Obama undoubtedly faced racism and tough times. With help from mentors (like Frank Marshall, a communist and Bill Ayers, a terrorist) he learned to despise his country of birth (America). As a dreamer and loner he started to believe his own story of exotic birth, then used that fantasy (aka fraud) to gain admittance to both Occidental and Columbia.
In too deep, he had no way out. Ironically, Obama, himself is the birther. He’s the one who created the foreign-born storyline.
The fact the leftist media (Rachel Maddow, Jon Stewart, Mother Jones, and others) are so frightened of me, confirms that I’m close to the truth. It explains why Obama sent the IRS to viciously attack me not once, but twice (I won 100 percent victories in both audits). I’ve gotten too close to both the Obama Columbia scandal and the Obama IRS scandal. The closer to the target, the greater the flack.
Getting into an Ivy League University is extremely difficult and transferring in is virtually impossible. Every year 30,000 kids try to get into a college like Columbia. Only a small fraction are accepted (there were about 700 in our class of 1983). The battle is cut-throat. Virtually all 30,000 are straight-A students, have close-to-perfect SAT scores, and have achieved out-sized success at extracurricular activities too.
Into that dog-eat-dog competition stepped Barack Obama, a young man with no achievements, except an exotic story of Indonesian upbringing. Obama could NEVER have gotten into Columbia out of high school and his odds of transferring in later were even worse. Last year Columbia accepted only three transfer students in the entire world. Three. And I guarantee you all three had amazing scholastic and achievement records from other Ivy League colleges like Harvard, Yale, or Princeton.
Obama had none of that. By his own admission he was a poor student who smoked pot, rarely attended class, and got mediocre grades, from Occidental (a good but not great college). His only chance of transferring into Columbia was a made-up story of being an exotic foreigner.
It’s pretty clear how Obama got into Columbia – I believe it was by lying. Obama was a smart kid, even then gave “great interviews,” and talked (lied) his way into Columbia as an Indonesian student, using his Jakarta grade school transcripts (and perhaps Passport/citizenship papers) as proof. Columbia probably asked very few questions. They were thrilled to have an Indonesian student to brag about. They got what they wanted – “diversity.”
That was Obama’s edge that gained him admittance to the exclusive Ivy League world at Columbia and then Harvard Law School. But that also made him a fraud, who accepted admittance and foreign student aid under false pretenses.
Since selling this fraudulent story had succeeded beyond his wildest imagination, Obama was emboldened. So, he used it again to sell a book. Remember I’m not guessing here. It’s a fact that his book agent described Obama to publishers as “Born in Kenya, raised in Indonesia.” There is physical proof of these exact words. Bleeding heart liberal Manhattan book publishers bought it hook, line and sinker.
All of this lying and fraud based on a fantasy built an impressive platform for young Obama. It got him the credentials he needed for a career in politics (Columbia, Harvard Law, professor at Chicago Law School). Next he used that platform to run for office. He won. Then, won again, becoming a U.S. Senator. People started touting him as a Presidential candidate. All the lies and P.T. Barnum-like self promotion had worked for Obama. Too well. Now he had a deep, dark secret to cover-up.
His college records were his Achilles heel. He had to hide his tracks. His college records had to be sealed forever. Not because he was a foreigner and unqualified to be President, but because he was an American posing as a foreigner. That makes him a fraud unqualified to be President.
I would love for Mr. Obama to release his college records and prove me wrong. But of course he won’t…he can’t. Because at the top of his college admissions transcript would be the two words that would destroy his Presidency and legacy: “Foreign Student.”
No, I’m not a birther. I believe Obama is 100 percent American born. While never questioning his birth, I’ve been in the media nonstop for five years questioning his allegiance to America, American exceptionalism, and Judeo-Christian values. And I’ve exposed his plan (created by husband-wife professors Cloward and Piven at Columbia) to destroy capitalism by overwhelming the system with spending, debt, and entitlements. That purposeful plan is proven by facts – please see record spending, record debt, and record entitlements under Obama. This is all about a plan to destroy America carried out by an American posing as a foreigner.
No, Obama isn’t a foreigner. But we have a fraud in the White House.
It’s unfortunate you ignored Article 4 of Law No. 62, 1958 which applied to Obama and not Article 2.
Article 4.
(1)A child outside a marriage of a mother who is a citizen of the Republic of Indonesia or a child out of a legal marriage, but who has in a case of divorce been assigned to the care of its mother, a citizen of the Republic of Indonesia, who follows the nationality of the father, a foreigner, may present a petition to the Minister of Justice in order to acquire the citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia, if, after, having acquired the citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia, it possesses no other nationality or states at the same time to have released another nationality according to the procedure stipulated by the legal provisions of the country of origin and/or according to the procedure stipulated by the agreement on the settlement of the bi-nationality between the Republic of Indonesia and the country in question.
Obama’s mother obtained Indonesian citizenship through Article 7:
Article 7.
(1)A foreign woman married to a citizen of the Republic of Indonesia, acquires the citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia, if and when she makes a statement as to that effect within 1 year after contracting said marriage, except in case when she acquires the citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia she possesses still another nationality, in which case the statement may not be made.
(2)With the exception as mentioned in para 1 the foreign woman who marries a citizen of the Republic of Indonesia also acquires the citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia one year after the marriage has been contracted, if within that one year her husband does not make a statement as to release his citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia.
Said statement may only be made and only results in the loss of the citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia if by such a loss the husband does not become stateless.
Where is the evidence that Stanley Ann Dunham ever asked for or received Indonesian citizenship?
Where are the adoption papers? Where is the U.S. Certificate of Loss of Nationality for Barack Hussein Obama, II?

Without that evidence, what we are left with is nothing but conjecture.
I believe he would have HAD TO surrender his citizenship for his step-dad, whutsizname Lolo or Solo or whatever to adopt him under Indonesian law.
That’s why he calls himself Barack OBAMA instead of Barry Soteoro...
What is interesting is that those files indicate her son Barry would no longer need to travel on her US passport, since her son Barry was now a citizen of Indonesia.
I do think he had a Kenya BC, procured by his “father”.

Stanley Ann let her passport expire after she informed the State Department she planned to live in Indonesian with her “Indo” husband indefinitely.
She used Article 7 of Indonesian Law 62 to obtain Indonesian citizenship after she renounced her U.S. Citizenship.
In 1971, she returned to Hawaii without a U.S. Passport. Indonesia requires an exit visa and a passport to leave unless you have an Indonesian passport. Stanley Ann used her Indonesian passport to leave Indonesia.
Indonesia didn’t permit dual citizenship and there is no record of Obama renouncing U.S. citizenship. He was six years old when his mother and he moved to Indonesia in October of 1967. Indonesian law required a child to be “less than five” in order to become Indonesian citizen via an adoption. No record of an adoption has surfaced either.
There was a change in U.S. law that required minors to have their own U.S. passports.

If Barry Soetoro didn’t maintain U.S. citizenship, he would have needed an F-1 Student Visa to attend 5th grade through 12th grade at The Punahou School, and also at Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School.
There is no record of him ever being issued a foreign student visa and visa records are in the public domain, available under the Freedom of Information Act.
Stanley Ann Dunham returned to the US in October, 1971 and on arrival in Honolulu was told that her US passport had expired in August, 1971. She was allowed into the US and in January, 1972 was issued a new US passport.
If she was an Indonesian citizen, it was for two months.
Barak Obama returned to the US in June/July of 1971, if he had a US Passport it would have expired in August, 1971.
In September, 1967, the State Department investigated the citizenship status of Barack Obama as part of an investigation of Lolo Soetoro’s status.
W. L. Mix wrote that “The person in question is a United States citizen by virtue of his birth in Honolulu, Hawaii, Aug. 4, 1961. He is living with the applicants’ spouse in Honolulu, Hawaii. He is considered the applicant’s step-child, within the meaning of Sec. 101(b)(1)(B), of the act, by virtue of the marriage of the applicant to the child’s mother on March 5, 1965.”
The section of the 1952 McCarron - Walters Act stated by Mix reads:
Section 101 (b) As used in titles I and II -
(1) The term “child” means an unmarried person under twenty-one years of age who is -
(A) a legitimate child; or
(B) a stepchild, provided the child had not reached the age of eighteen years at the time the marriage creating the status of stepchild occurred; or
(C) a child legitimated under the law of the child’s residence or domicile, or under the law of the father’s residence or domicile, whether in or outside the United States, if such legitimation takes place before the child reaches the age eighteen years and the child is in the legal custody of the legitimating parent or parents at the time of such legitimation.
So in 1967 Obama had not been adopted by Soetoro and was referred to as a “stepchild”.
If he was adopted after 1967, he would have been to old to acquire Indonesian citizenship automatically by adoption and would have had to go through the Indonesian naturalization laws when he turned 21.
Law No. 62 of 1958, Law on the Citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia:
Article 2.
(1)A foreign child of less than 5 years age who is adopted by a citizen of the Republic of Indonesia acquires the citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia, if such an adoption is declared legal by the Pengadilan Negeri at the residence of the person adopting the child.
Article 5.
(1)The citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia because of naturalization is acquired with the validity of the decree of the Minister of Justice who grants this naturalization.
(2)In order to present a petition for naturalization, the petitioner shall:
a. have reached the age of 21;
b.be born within the territory of the Republic of Indonesia or at the time of presenting the petition be domiciled in said region for at least the last 5 consecutive years or in total 10 inconsecutive years;

Impossible, read Article 7.

Stanley Ann married Soetoro in 1965, she would have had to renounce her US citizenship within one year to be able to claim Indonesian citizenship. We know she did not, as she renewed her US Passport in 1968.
Paragraph 2 of Article 7 does not apply to Stanley Ann as she didn’t meet the exception in paragraph 1.
Article 7 references a marriage contract entered into in Indonesia and not the U.S. Consequently, its one year after a marriage contract was entered into while the couple was in Indonesia and not when they were in the U.S.

For your interpretation of Article 7 to apply, the move would have had been one year before her passport expired in August 1971. Remember in October, 1971, the US officials said her passport had expired not that she had earlier given it up by renouncing her citizenship.
But remember, this was 1991. There was no web. If you wanted to check up on his real birthplace, you couldn't just google and find out in seconds. You needed to go down the library and slog through the Reader's Guide to Periodical Literature, and such.

False. Obama's parents were almost certainly separated before he was even born. To get away from his father, his mother moved back to Seattle several weeks after the birth, while his father completed his studies in Hawaii and moved on to Harvard. Then she returned to Hawaii, where she met Lolo Soetoro, leading to Obama's sojourn in Indonesia.

She never obtained Indonesian citizenship under their laws unless your new claim is that she and Lolo got married in Indonesia after August, 1970. We know for a fact she still had a US Passport in August, 1971. If she expatriated before then she would have had to surrender it.

Entirely possible except that there are a number of publications, magazine, newspaper, etc. in the 1990s that all say born in Hawaii. In fact, the only bio that says born in Kenya, is the literary agent bio. And the author of the bio says it was her mistake.
I'm not disputing that. I'm merely pointing out that it was easier to have it both ways in 1991 than it is now. E.g., if you were in Chicago in 1991, and the LA Times published something interesting, you would likely never see it. That's not true now. Now you'd see it linked on Drudge or posted on FR or turned into a biting parody on Rush.
In point of fact, the false bio was sufficiently obscure that it went uncorrected until some time in April 2007, after Obama had served in the Illinois Senate, got himself into the US Senate, and had launched his campaign for the White House.
And the author of the bio says it was her mistake.
Of course. She's either lying or simply doesn't remember. But no way would she say anything to torpedo her hero!
Or, it was simply an error in a bio blurb for a book that was never published, as the literary agent’s assistant said that it was.
