I am trying to find the speech where Obama actually said he was going to, "Fundamentally transform America"

I am being argued that he never said it and thought I find a lot of references to the statement, I find no speech text.

I thought it was the Greek Column speech. Am I going bad on memory or has it maybe been scrubbed?

I didn't doubt the intent of what he said, but proving the meaning without taking a few words out of context is what I was striving for. If you try searching you'll find it isn't what it seems. But, thanks to my FRiends here I can make a good point using excerpts and videos.
