Obama could've avoided the mess of bringing the program out before it was ready, while certain groups got exceptions. The dems not delaying the individual mandate just might be what has voters thinking clearly. That and knowing that increasing a tax on US manufacturing is just plain dumb.
Freeped and bumped.
What a piece of crap. Where’s Harry Reid’s name?????
Blame them all. Ifthere was no Social Security, medicare, medicaid, food stamps, ‘gubmint’ healthcare, EPA, USPS, the fed, IRS, Dept. of Education, or anything else that did not directly support the defense of the nation, the government would be smaller indeed. Smaller government would mean a realistic level of taxation.
Just get ‘government’ (including state and local) out of the day to day conduct of American life and voila...
Term limits, having to pass laws one at a time instead of bundling, and moving senate seat selections back to the state legislature (pre-1914) would go a long way toward rehabilitating congress also.

What if I don’t “blame” anyone because I WANT the government to shutdown?
There is no way you’re going to tilt a poll of MSNBC viewer. Don’t waste your time.
Besides, the question is kind of like saying “who do you blame for it being a nice sunny day outside?” I’m grateful for the shutdown, I don’t fear it nor shun it.

How convenient that they leave off the Senate Democrats.
Poll seems gone?
George Bush
Stock Market is up, imagine that.
Blame...? It’s more like thank. Shut it down. We can’t afford it.
Ping dynachrome for the FReeping of this poll. He’ll put out the word.
I blame Bush!
Really strange poll and wording. Why does somebody always have to be blamed for something? Why do we not hear anyone asking the “what caused this” and how can it be fixed question? First words out of all the news stations is blame the Republicans.
They left out one of the main culprits: Hairy Reid and the Dumbocrat Senate...
Currently only 25% are blaming only the House GOP. That bodes ill for the Dems, since “Blame them All” is going to fall heavily on the party in power which is undeniably the Democrat Party.
When voters go to the polls next November with a Democrat President in charge, the way to get even when you “blame them all” is to vote against the Dems. Good news for the GOP.
Who knows? There might even be some “non-essential” government employees hacked off at losing their paychecks because President Obama insists on funding Obamacare today.
Talk about biased, they don’t even include the senate democrats as a choice.
There. That's better.
