Six people were arrested Thursday on charges they were among hundreds of young partygoers who trashed a former NFL player's vacation home, and police said more arrests were expected.
The arrests came after former New England Patriots and Los Angeles Raiders offensive lineman Brian Holloway said he signed papers authorizing the Rensselaer County sheriff to bring charges in the Labor Day weekend party, which was attended by up to 400 teenagers......
The six people arrested include:
- Seth Hawk, 19, of Grafton, N.Y., who is charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree criminal mischief, both felonies; and endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child, both misdemeanors, for allegedly organizing, advertising and providing alcohol for the party
- Juan Santana, 20, of Grafton, N.Y., who was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child for allegedly providing alcohol for the party
- Cody D. Blain, 21, of Berlin, N.Y., who was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child for allegedly providing alcohol for the party
- Meghan Loiselle, 18, of Green Island, N.Y., who was charged with felony fourth-degree grand larcey for allegedly stealing a granite eagle statue worth upwards of $1,200, and second-degree criminal trespass
- Mackenzie Grogan, 17, of Cohoes, who was charged with fourth-degree felony grand larceny for allegedly stealing the eagle statue, as well as second-degree criminal trespass
- Keely C. Sullivan, 18, of Troy, N.Y., who was charged with fourth-degree felony grand larceny for allegedly stealing the eagle statue, as well as second-degree criminal trespass
He said investigators have told him the number of people charged could end up in the hundreds as they work through the sheer volume of participants......

The party’s over.
Holloway asked the party-goers to return to the scene of the crime and help clean up for a big charity event he was hosting at his house the following weekend.
One person showed up...
Punkasses thought they’d get away with it, apparently, especially after the parents sued Holloway for publishing names and pics of their innocent little waifs.
They thought wrong.
Love it. More arrests to come in a cascade effect as the perps begin to sing, and rat out the others in return for leniency. Get a rope. Lots of rope.
Looking at the gang of bums, he is lucky to have gotten away with only 20-40K in damages....they could have burned the place down too.
The party goers are lucky no one got seriously physically hurt like in a car wreck.
My guess, no one is going to jail. Those that should would be the parents of those who threaten to sue him for making their low life kids IDs public.
So if the home is in foreclosure, it’s perfectly fine for 300 teenagers to come in and have a party? Good to know.
They all had a chance to step forward and from what I read Mr. Holloway would have likely given them a chance to make right by the situation. Bad choices on top of more bad choices, hope these kids learn something from all this.
But of course I don't really feel this way because the pukes are White and the victim is Black - right Mr. media?
I’m sure that that article pissed him off enough that he will work his way down the party goer list to make sure that the teenagers all his neighbors get invited to the next party.
We used to call them "troylets"
The other lesson will be for the parents who were angry that their little snookum’s photos were pasted online for their role in it, and threatened to sue. NOW you get to hire a lawyer for snookum’s criminal charges. You had the chance to do the standup thing, and you blew it off.
According to the article, 4 showed up. Still far short of the 300 who trashed the place. And the organizer was a teen the Holloways had taken into their home about 4 years prior. Holloway has an amazing attitude - he’s hoping to help these teens turn their lives around.
I can’t believe these kids could be so stupid to do something like this. Hey you know, let’s break into someones house and have a huge party! YEEAH!
I think he would not have pressed charges if they had shown the character and class to go to his home, apologize, and help to make repairs. But only one of 400 did.
I hope they arrest all 400 of these Obama voters.
Depending on what constitutes “criminal mischief” in the charge against Hawk, I see no charges in the article where the prior condition of the property would matter.
...just sayin’.
And then take 100s of pictures and make 100s of tweets about it and send them everywhere.
Real Einsteins.
Morals of the story:
Teens are stupid and do stupid things
Their parents are even stupider
Are vacation houses worth it?
Nobody wins except for the lawyers
If you are going to trash a house - dont take pictures
If you take pictures - dont put them on facebook
